A recently renovated 5-bedroom home across three levels, sleeping 15, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, a second full kitchen downstairs, a 450 sq ft deck, and two lake-view balconies. Parking for boats, trailers, and RVs, and Rocky Mountain National Park just up the road. Summer boating, fall aspens, winter snowmobiling: Grand Lake in every season. The space Main level: an open living room with a 65" TV, a dining area, the full kitchen, and a half bath, opening onto the deck. Upper level: the Master bedroom with a Queen bed and private ensuite, a second Queen bedroom, a Twin bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom. Lower level: a ground-level Studio (an attached, converted garage with step-free access for guests of any age or mobility) with a Queen Murphy bed, a pullout couch, and its own full kitchen; a Bunk Room with two bunk beds and a double; a laundry room; and a full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Getting Here You'll need a vehicle, and the driveway entrance sits on a steep hill. In summer any vehicle is fine, but mud or heavy snow calls for 4WD, so we recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle with good tires in the non-summer months. The space The main cabin has a primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bath, and a second bedroom with a king bed with hallway bath. Additional sleeping in main house includes sofa bed in family room and single futon in primary bedroom. The guest cabin provides one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, plus bathroom in between the two rooms. A separate bunk room sleeps 4 more with a twin over full bunk and a single twin XL bed. There is an additional twin floor mattress under the full bunk for overflow.

If you plan to do a longer hike or spend extended time away, kennels are provided in the garage, or consider dropping your dog off at doggie daycare with Mountain Mongrels in Granby. Mountain home great for family getaways. This home offers beautiful views of Lake Granby and the Rocky Mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Granby are in all within a short distance drive. During the summer guests can enjoy hiking, boating, kayaking, and fishing all within miles of our home. We have 2 canoes on site and a kayak for your use. In the winter, snowmobile trails are just a couple of miles away and the Winter Park Ski area is a 40 minute drive. The space Game room includes games, puzzles, foosball, darts and a shuffleboard table. Guest access Guest will be able to enter through the front door via a keypad. House rules include: NO pets, no street parking (only 4 cars permitted to park in the driveway) and no parties are permitted. Other things to note Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, boating, skiing, snowmobiling and fishing. In the summer guests can use the canoes and kayak that we have at the house. In the winter, there is a great sledding hill right outside the front door.

The 1st is the downstairs master bedroom with private full bathroom and it has one queen bed and one crib . The 2nd is the downstairs bunker room with 2 bunk beds can sleep up to 6 . This home also features an 8 person hot tub, outdoor entertainment areas with gas firepit and grill, game room with foosball, shuffleboard and ping pong table, and a super fun built in bunk room for all the kids with a hidden door entry! The space The inside is gorgeously designed and professionally decorated with all brand-new furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, upgraded finishes, smart appliances, and beautiful master bath. It has a large deck off the main entertainment room and off the master suite. There are 4 bedrooms and two living areas with a sleeper sofa which can sleep a total of 15 people. This home is SMART Home enabled with smart blinds, TVs, door locks, appliances, and thermostat. NEW FEATURE! We just added a hidden door. This door makes the access to the bunk room secret. Parents can challenge their kids to find their room. Behind the bookshelf is the entrance to the bunk room and the basement bathroom. Please be gentle though. To open, pull the shelf near the bottom third (items don’t unhinge it, just pull). Items on the shelves are secured by velcro but could come off if it isn’t handled with care. It’s best to leave the door open once found, to prevent damage. Guest access This the perfect base camp for all your activities in and around Grand Lake. And there are a lot of options at the house to keep you and your family entertained between activities. There is plenty of room to play and store all your gear in this large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 car garage. The large driveway offers parking for six vehicles and you can drive your snowmobile or ATV up the road to access all the scenic trails. Other things to note For safety and liability purposes, there is a Nest doorbell at the front door and a Nest security camera in the back yard. Both are always on and recording when motion or noise is detected. All guests must be accounted for on reservation. A guest is anyone on the property for any time period. We do not permit unauthorized parties or gatherings. This property is not handicap accessible, and we do not allow animals of any kind as it poses a health risk for our child with severe allergies.

We are a family & dog friendly establishment with no pet fees. The space The kitchens are stocked with dishes, utensils and a coffee station. The living rooms have a gas fireplace ( except cabin 4) , TV and a couch that can be used to sleep an additional guest. You will have your own gas grill on each patio and your own washer/dryer in each cabin. There is high speed wifi on the property and a community fire pit and picnic area. There are dog bowls for your pet and a playpen for your little one. Cabins 2, 3 & 4 are two bedroom, one bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom and a shared parking area. Guest access Your personal door code will be shared prior to your check in date. If you are planning to bring a boat, RV or trailer please let us know in advance. We do have extra parking available for boats, RV's and trailers if needed. We need to make sure we have room if multiple people to park things if needed. Other things to note Part of the benefits of being in the mountains is the wildlife in the area including elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, & black bears. We do have these on our property, if you do see them please keep a distance from the animals, NEVER EVER feed the animals, and DO NOT leave food outside or in the surrounding area. All smoking must be done in the parking area. Please make sure to fully extinguish any open flame. We do ask that all guests pick up after their pets and treat our place like yours. As long as we do not have any issues with pets destroying our property we will not charge a fee for your 4 legged family members.

The upper level has the Loft area with one queen bed, one twin bed and some children's toys including a TV and an additional private bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a wonderful STEAM SHOWER! The wrap around deck encompasses ample additional seating and is just steps away from the gas grill and patio. The Shores at Shadow Mountain Lake is a small neighborhood that, as the name suggests, is adjacent to the lake. This home is perched on the crest of a hill for commanding views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There are 4 bedrooms, all with attached "ensuite" bathrooms, plus bunk beds in the lower living room, making this home ideal for groups of couples as well as families with kids or singles. The house features a large kitchen, multiple living rooms, wet bar and ping pong table, large bedrooms suites, upscale bathrooms, including 2 jacuzzi tubs, a steam shower, and so much more. Please read on for more details.  The Property: The home has 3 levels of space to enjoy and you enter on the main or middle level. The primary living room is large and feels very spacious, thanks to the 20 foot high vaulted ceilings. It has two sets of French doors and second story windows that provide a good amount of natural light. The elk antler chandelier, black walnut hardwood floors, and stacked rock fireplace accentuate the comfortable leather furniture. The dining room seats 8 comfortably, with two more chairs available for a total of 10. It adjoins the living room and kitchen and also has direct access to the large back deck. The back deck has dining tables with seating for 8, a sitting area for 5, a gas grill, and great views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of space and great flow. Brazilian granite slab counters and stainless steel appliances are just the beginning. The custom cabinetry throughout includes dishwashing drawers. The large island includes bar seating for prep work. There is a nook for coffee or other beverages and empty cabinet space for your groceries. The appliances are great too, with wall mounted ovens, a gas range, and a fridge that includes filtered water and ice that lets you avoid wasteful bottled water. This level also includes one bedroom suite (Bedroom and Bathroom 3), a half bathroom, and laundry.   Bedroom 1 is a very large suite found upstairs. Like bedroom 1, the furniture set is of high quality. The private bathroom here includes a water closet, large walk in shower, and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 is on the main level but still has vaulted ceilings. Yet again the furniture is exquisite. This Queen bedroom is quite large. It has a table and chairs for two, a walk in closet, and direct access to the back deck. The private bathroom features two copper sinks, another large jacuzzi tub big enough for two people, a separate shower, and a water closet. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and is so large that it easily accommodates a King size sleigh bed with matching bedside tables, dresser and two ceiling fans. The bathroom is massive and includes a large dual headed steam shower so you can create your own luxury spa experience. This big bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom or from the lower living room, in case your group includes anyone sleeping in the bunk beds.   The lower living room is quite a big space. The log frame bunk beds include a Twin over Twin and a Twin over Full. So this space could work for a couple, 5 kids, or a mix. This big bonus room includes a wet bar with fridge, a foldable and moveable ping pong table, and comfy furniture surrounding a larger HDTV, new in summer 2022. It is classy while feeling rustic. There is a basement area kids can hang out while adults may choose to hang out by the fire and enjoy the views. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a large wrap around deck. Beyond the lake views, the property is a frequent hang out space for elk, deer, moose, bears, and other wild life. There are activities year round with hiking, boating, hanging out in the town of Grand lake, biking, golfing, and Rocky Mountain National Park just a few miles away. In the winter, go skiing, sledding, ice fishing, or stay cozy by the fire. The fall colors with aspens changing is stunning. We are 8 miles to downtown Grand Lake and the entrance of RMNP. Guest access Guest will access the entire space using a lock box. The code is emailed approximately 1 day prior to arrival. Other things to note Outdoor quiet time is enforced by 10:30 pm. Take the noise and party inside if after 10:30 pm. We know you are there for a good time and we want you to have a fantastic time, there are neighbors up and down the hill that will email us if the noise gets too out of control. We can't accommodate events due to the septic system and lack of street parking. There is lots of wild life including deer, elk, moose, fox, and bears. Please do not approach wildlife, especially moose and bears, they are beautiful but dangerous. Please take photos from afar. 4 wheel drive is critical in the winter months, November through the March. You have to go over mountain passes and a large hill to get to the cabin. Services for towing are difficult to find in the winter months. Do not book in the winter unless you have 4 wheel drive or rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Although, we plow whenever it snows more than 4 inches, during big storms it can take some time. If you get stuck, there are limited resources to help. There is no food disposal in the sink, food bits and trash needs to placed in the trash can. Supply your own firewood for use of the indoor fireplace during the winter months. There is plenty of unsplit firewood outside for summer campfires.

We have several acres of privately held land conveniently located between Grand Lake and Lake Granby, making it a perfect location to head south to Winter Park, north to Rocky Mountain National Park, or hang out in the surrounding area and lakes. We are a family & dog friendly establishment with no pet fees. The space The kitchens are stocked with dishes, utensils and a coffee station. The living rooms have a gas fireplace ( except cabin 4) , TV and a couch that can be used to sleep an additional guest. You will have your own gas grill on each patio and your own washer/dryer in each cabin. There is high speed wifi on the property and a community fire pit and picnic area. There are dog bowls for your pet and a playpen for your little one. Cabin 1 is a one bedroom, one bath with a king bed and twin bed in the bedroom with parking right off the patio steps. Cabins 2, 3 & 4 are two bedroom, one bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom and a shared parking area. The space There is a master suite, junior suite, family suite, and another bedroom with queen bed. All beds have high thread-count linens and comfortable pillows. An outdoor camera is on home for owner and guest safety but no cameras are located within the home, The Area Three lakes lodge is located within minutes of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby, three golf courses and the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, where you may encounter wildlife such as moose, big horn sheep and elk herds. Within the park and the surrounding areas are breathtaking hikes for the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. You can hike, bike, boat, fish, golf, ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, or just come "home" and kick your feet up and enjoy the amazing views. Dining and shopping in Historic Grand Lake Village is just down the hill about 3 miles away. There is marina just minutes away with boat rentals available. There is also an auger you can use. You'll need a vehicle or snowmobile to get the hut to the lake. Don't forget to get your state fishing license! There are many ice fishing tournaments in the area throughout the winter season and the lakes are stocked with fish including trout and salmon. Guest access Entire house is yours with the exception of the owner’s closets. You are free to use the garage, as well. There is an access code which will be provided to enter the house on the front door. You can also enter via the garage or lower level entry which may be easier in the winter. Other things to note During the winter and mud months, please use 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles. The roads up to the house are somewhat steep and often snow and ice packed, even if cleared by a plow. Some GPS systems take you a back way or have difficulty finding our house. From the main road (Hwy 34) turn at the Timberline Inn (city road 4650). The road will curve left and then take a right on 4652 and then a left on 463. 463 will take you up the hill. You can't see the house very well until you get to the driveway which will be on the left just past a large rock.

Both require climbing a set of approximately 14 stairs (through the garage or up a flight of outside stairs.) There is not a main level entrance. You will have access to our two-car garage throughout the year. Our garage has a low clearance of six feet. Some larger vehicles may not fit or you may need to remove your antennae first. Be careful as you approach the open garage door. Thank you! The circular driveway is flat and can accommodate small open utility trailers. Our driveway ENTRANCE is steep and can be snow-packed and icy in the winter. BE SURE to bring your 4WD/AWD/chains! If your car needs a boost, you are welcome to use the sand and ice-melt in the garage.

This beautiful new home was completed in 2010 and is located just 5 minutes outside the town of Grand Lake right off highway 34. The house has beautiful views of Lake Granby. The home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The upstairs has an over-sized master bedroom with a master bath and a second bedroom with one set of bunk beds plus two twins. The gas fireplace is located in the cozy main room where you will find beautiful views out of every window in this room and from the deck. The space This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and offers everything you would need to enjoy a perfect stay. The master bedroom and the main room both have cable television. Secured wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a master bath with dual sinks. There is also a separate shower from the bath tub. The two bedrooms on the main floor (up a flight of stairs from the basement entrance) have queen size beds with closets and dressers for storage while you are there. All of the beds have new sheets and comforters, so you don't need to bring any. The kitchen is ready for your stay with dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, silverware, glasses and everything you need to cook at home. The appliances are all stainless steel new. The house is also stocked with bath towels. We are new to Airbnb, but have been renting this home for the last several years on VRBO with many great reviews. Guest access The entire house will be yours to access including one of the single bays in the garage. Other things to note The driveway of this home is large and flat, with the perfect amount of space for your RV or snowmobile trailer as well as your other vehicles. The location of this home is perfect for winter activities such as snowmobiling and ice fishing on lake Granby. In the summer you can't be in a better location for fishing and dirtbiking, as well as shopping in downtown Grand Lake. The Idleglenn trail head for snowmobiling and dirt biking is roughly a mile down in the road. Snowmobile directly from the driveway in the middle of winter. There is a separate pet fee for pets. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed and the fee is $155 for one or two pets' stay. This is payable through the website as you book the number of guests.

Charlie’s Cabin is laid out on two levels of living space for your group. On the upper level the rooms feature vaulted ceilings and a more spacious feel. Here you’ll find the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the first bathroom. The lower level includes 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom, plus the game room with a dartboard and shuffleboard table. The kitchen is brand new for summer 2024, and fully equipped for the chef in your group. It includes a large island with dining for 5 and lots of counter space, plus there’s a separate coffee bar. From the farmhouse sink to the stainless steel appliances, this space is quite nice. For a more more formal dining experience, the home also includes a convertible dining table that is big enough for 8 to 10 people, but converts into a small entry table when not in use. In the living room, a large sectional sofa provides enough seating for 6 or more, while the large HDTV and wood burning fireplace make the space a warm and cozy place to relax.   Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a king size bed, dresser or chest, and closet, plus one of them has a log frame gliding rocker, perfect for groups who are traveling with a baby. These first two bedrooms share the full bathroom that includes new fixtures, lighting, vanity, marble tile, and a bathtub/shower combo with beautiful subway tile. Bedroom 3 has a Double size bed, also called a Full size bed. Bedroom 4 offers custom built bunk beds. With 1 double (full) size bed, and 3 twins, this fourth bedroom could work well for a couple, singles, kids, or a mix. This room also has a wall mounted HDTV for entertainment purposes. Please note that this home does not have satellite or cable. However, all TVs are equipped with a Roku device so that you may easily stream your favorite content. The home has very good wifi, typically over 300 mbps.   The outdoor living is on two levels as well. A large deck spans the width of the home. This elevated space offers Lake Granby views as well as outdoor living and dining furniture. The deck also creates a shady respite for the patio below, which also features furniture for you to relax upon. Don’t forget the yard, which includes a firepit where your group can relax and recall the day’s adventures, or make some smores for the kids.   Location: Charlie’s Cabin is in a small residential area adjacent to Lake Granby, where being respectful of neighbors will be important. You can easily walk over to the Beacon Landing marina to rent a boat, canoe, visit the bait & tackle shop, or book a guided fishing trip. If you have your own boat, contact them to reserve an overnight slip or mooring. This location is close to a lot of other attractions as well. The Roadhouse bar and grill is biking or walking distance, the Idleglen trailhead for the Stillwater Pass Trail System is just a couple miles away. Shadow Mountain Lake and its southern shore picnic sites are also just a couple miles away. The very quaint shops, restaurants, and activities of downtown Grand Lake are only 6 miles away, as is the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The roads which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. The home's bedrooms, living rooms, and decks are perfectly positioned to help you enjoy the amazing views. The Lakeview-Escape is a pet friendly home that was built in 2021 and furnished in 2022. You'll find very good quality finishes and furnishings throughout, as well as newer architectural features such as the larger size of the bedrooms, big picture windows, and high tech TVs that turn into artwork when they're not in use. There's also no shortage of space. In addition to the gigantic primary living area, the house has a secondary living room with a pool table, a sleeper sofa, and massive HDTV. Spread out and relax, or gather together - your choice! Please read on for more details on this fantastic property.  The Property: The home is laid out on 3 levels, which allows each bedroom and both living rooms to have its own views of the lakes and mountains. You enter on the middle level, which includes the two Queen bedrooms. For the two King bedrooms, you'll have only one flight of stairs up or down to your bedroom. The great room is on the upper level. This large open room combines a truly large kitchen with living and dining areas that ties together nicely. The rock work surrounding the fireplace match the kitchen island and backsplash and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the space create a consistent and luxurious mountain chic style. The primary dining table is right next to the kitchen area, and easily accommodates 6 adults. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a fridge with filtered water and ice. A large island offers lots of counter space for appetizers and includes comfy seating for 3. Loads of cabinet space plus a pantry ensure you have places to put things away and keep things looking tidy. The living room couch is leather and plush, a comfy place to relax and enjoy the warmth of the oversized gas fireplace. The HDTV redefines programming by looking like a painting or rotating through a set of images when it's not streaming cable shows. The great room also includes secondary dining or game table, a ceiling fan, and access to the upper level deck. The deck is quite large and includes a dual grill - gas on one side, charcoal on the other. Whichever you prefer, this is one amazing place to grill up some lunch or dinner. From here your view stretches across Shadow Mountain Lake and Byer's Peak all the way across town, Grand Lake itself, and up to Mt. Craig, or as locals call it, "Baldy." The upper deck can also be accessed from the first and best of the bedrooms. This room puts the treat in retreat. It has a King size bed, a desk with monitor, ceiling fan, amazing views, and a large bathroom suite. The bathroom suite includes a walk in closet, dual sinks, and a beautiful shower. This ensuite bathroom is truly private, thanks to the half bathroom, which is also on the upper level.   Let's head downstairs, to the lower level. Here you'll find the second living room, bedroom 2, and the second full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed positioned just perfectly to let you wake up to views of Grand Lake and Mount Craig. The bedroom has a good amount of space as well as a double door closet and a ceiling fan. The lower level bathroom has a large walk in shower, and is just outside of the bedroom. Though it is not an "ensuite" bathroom, this is actually a good thing. Since there is only one bedroom on this level, if no one is using the sleeper sofa, the lower level bathroom becomes a de facto private bathroom. If there is someone using the sleeper sofa, they can use the bathroom without disturbing someone in the bedroom. You'll definitely want to use this lower level living room at some point. The pool table and massive HDTV create a really nice space to enjoy. Also, if it ever happens to actually get hot in the Grand Lake area, something that is pretty rare even these days, this lower level will stay cool. It is worth mentioning that like virtually every home in the Grand Lake area, this home does not have air conditioning. At 8300 feet in elevation, truly hot afternoons are rare, and for most locals, they are treasured more than they are dreaded! That said, if it does get too warm for your liking, note that this home has ceiling fans in all bedrooms, plust the main living room, and the second living room on the lower level stays cooler, offering you a cool respite.   The middle level, or entry level, includes the garage and entry area, or "mud room." There's coat racks and closets, space to store your gear, as well as benches where you can remove boots or shoes and prepare to relax. This level also includes bedrooms 3 and 4, as well as a laundry room, and another large deck. This deck is immediately below the upper level deck, and is the same size, but being below the upper deck, offers some shade. It's views of the lakes and mountains are nearly identical to those from the upper level. Bedroom 3 is a corner bedroom, and like bedroom 1, it has 270 degree views of the lakes and mountains. It has a Queen bed and direct access to the deck. Bedroom 4 also has a Queen bed and deck access, and like bedroom 2, the bed position allows you to wake up to views of Mount Craig. The third full bathroom is found off the hall, in between bedrooms 3 and 4, and like all of the other bathrooms, has very nice quality finishes.  Location: This location is prime! You are within easy walking distance of downtown Grand Lake. In less than 10 minutes you'll be at the Mountain Market, the Meandering Moose Mini-Golf, or the many shops and restaurants that help make Grand Lake so quaint and interesting. The home is elevated above downtown Grand Lake by just enough to give you those spectacular views, but not so much to make the walk too difficult. If the weather is not ideal for walking, or your group includes elderly, mobility impaired, or individuals with breathing difficulties, the drive into town is about 2 minutes. Of course there are a lot of other places to go in this area, and this location certainly makes it easy to get to them as well. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is about 1 mile away, and there are so many trailheads, lakefront beaches and parks, all just a short easy drive from the home.   Arrival, Access, and Parking: Once you book, we're here to support you. Please note, to drive to this property in seasons when snow is possible or likely, 4WD or AWD and good tires are required. (You have to drive up a hill to get great views!) Once you've parked, accessing this property requires only one step. With only one flight of stairs up to the main level, this home is a pretty good option even for those who might have difficulty with stairs. Parking is provided for up to 4 or 5 vehicles but please note - trailers are not allowed. The garage is a 1 car garage, and any other vehicles will park immediately in front of the garage, nose to tail. There is space to back up and turn around, but not if you have a trailer. So, if you have a trailer, you'll need to make plans for where to park it, off site. Main level access atop a single, short flight of stairs includes small front porch balcony -- great for soaking up the sun in the mornings. On the main level is the den (w/ TV, daybed, and desk), the living room, a half-bath, storage closet and the kitchen. Off the living room there is a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 6 quart air fryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace. Downtown Grand Lake is an 8 minute drive away and RMNP is close too! Star gaze in the warmth of the hot tub at night, enjoy the gorgeous sunrises in the AM, or both! The space Cabin is 1850 sqft of livable space (or 2250 sqft with game room). Plus a 360 sqft outside deck overlooking the Rockies and Lake Granby! For summer months, keep in mind most places in the mountains don’t have central A/C. My cabin has a mini split in the master bedroom (upper level) for A/C. Otherwise, the place is cooled off with open windows and cross breezes. It still gets cool at night though and there are fans for each sleeping area. (Note: The basement has a completely separate owner’s unit that I periodically stay in. I will always let you know if I will be there during your stay. While no common spaces are shared, I understand if this is an issue for some folks.) Two bedrooms on the main floor: first bedroom includes 1 queen bed, second bedroom includes 1 full bed and a bunk bed with 2 full beds. Hallway between these bedrooms includes the laundry area and a bathroom with tub and shower. This hallway opens up to the common space including kitchen, dining room, living room, and access to the outside deck. Common space has large picture windows to enjoy the gorgeous views 24 hours a day! Living room seats 8, dining room seats 8, and outside deck table seats 8. Large hot tub fits 8 people. Enjoy scenic views on the huge deck (my favorite spot!) with hot tub, large table with umbrella, and gas grill along with the wrap-around enclosed dog run for your furry friend. Refundable pet deposit is $200. Upstairs includes the huge master bedroom including ensuite double vanity bathroom (with stand up shower and jet tub), a sitting area with large sectional and TV, and a beautiful king size log bed. When I say huge master bedroom, I mean it! It's bigger than both of the other bedrooms combined and includes a huge walk in closet. Master bedroom is fully closed off from the loft area. The loft (shown in pictures as Bedroom 4) has a full size futon bed with beautiful views through the picture windows. Please note the loft area is open to common space and is not enclosed. Garage downstairs has been converted to a game room with pool table, ping pong table, card table, cornhole (bean bag toss), and darts. I also have a Pack n' Play, booster seat, small linens, and some additional toys for the kiddos. Board game closet has tons of adult and kid games for your inside play time :) I'm sure you will spend plenty of time outside though with everything Grand Lake has to offer including hiking trails, biking trails, stand up paddle boarding, boating, canoeing, swimming, fishing, and in the winter, ice fishing, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling! Elegant custom home just min. from Lake Granby!  This masterfully designed home could easily accommodate two families or a family and a set of In-Laws.  The upstairs Great Room is wide open with vaulted ceilings and takes up half of the floor. This floor includes a luxury kitchen with beautiful granite counters and an island big enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen.  The pantry is right off the kitchen with a rustic barn door to close off the clutter.  The Dining area is just off the kitchen and has plenty of room for even the largest table.
