There is a Large washer and dryer along with plenty of closet space and a closet full of beach gear. Our home is right next to the local park equipped with Pickle Ball, Tennis, a walking trail and work out areas throughout. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a deck with fire pit, TV, gas grill and Fenced Back yard. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Bugs? Florida is a wet, tropical environment. This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time especially when we have rain. We DO NOT offer refunds for any bug, mosquito, lizard or spider inside. Our best advice is to keep doors and windows closed and turn off all outside lights when not in use. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for parties and underage drinking of any kind. This is a local law and mush be followed. A complimentary "Starter Pack" is provided to you to allow you to settle in and start enjoying your vacation. This includes toiletries, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry pods and garbage bags. These items will get you by until you have a chance to pick up groceries at one of the many nearby stores. There are 2 propane tanks at the home, if they need to be filled you can exchange them at Winn Dixie at Uptown Station. We do not stock the propane tanks completely full for each booking.

Take a stroll to our neighborhood Garniers Beach with 240 ft of beach, swimming area, boat launch, playground and picnic areas. Experience the wonders of Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Close to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, a 15 minute drive from the Destin-FWB Airport(VPS) which makes this home the perfect place for family visits and business. The space Bay Watch is approximately 1400 square feet of living space. It has been renovated with a fully equipped spacious kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, gas range, different spices for our chefs and full coffee bar with keurig. Throughout the living area are beautiful sterling oak floors. The first bedroom is carpet, there are 5 steps leading to the sleeping area that has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The next two bedrooms also have queen memory foam mattresses. The fourth bedroom has twin trundle and a small TV. The bathroom has been renovated with a tub, shower and hand held shower head. In the living room the sofa turns into a queen sleeper with a recliner and 65" TV. when you step in the back yard you will step on the deck that steps down to a patio, which is accented with lights that make the area very relaxing. Guest access Guests have full access to living space, laundry area in garage, front and fenced back yard. Single drive, allows space for vehicle and or up to 20 ft boat. There is a boat ramp less than a mile from here. You can find yourself at Crab Island in 15 mins. Feel comfortable to bring your water craft. There is a paddleboard, kayak launch within a 3 min walk. There is a boat ramp less than a mile away. Other things to note There are a couple board games and an outside grill.

Have fun and relax with the whole family at our stylish recently remodeled cottage. This is a warm luminous open-space designed for our guests to share and spend quality time together. You can walk to the small local beach (7 minutes) that includes benches where you can read a book, picnic tables, a playground for the young ones, and a boat ramp should you have a jet ski, a boat, or a paddle board. The Gulf beaches (Okaloosa Island) are 9 minute drive and Destin is 16 min away. The space When you open the door, you enter a warm open-space with natural wood ship-lap and recessed lights designed for our guests to share and spend quality time together, where you can cook, watch a game on a 65” TV, sit at the 11’ long quartzite counter top, play boards games at the high top table, all in one open space. We have a movie room with a 75" Roku TV, a sound bar and a sub-woofer for those days you feel you had enough sun. The master bedroom is large and well lit, it includes a king size bed, a small desk and TV. The master bedroom is located on one side of the house, away from the other 3 bedrooms. All of our bedsheets are high quality Pima cotton (grown in California) - 680 thread counts superior quality and an exceptionally soft feel. There's no better feeling than stepping out of a long hot shower and wrapping yourself in this plush embrace. Our towels are the luxurious Charisma Soft 100% Hygrocotton, you will experience an impressive absorbency with a special weave that enhances softness. All of our mattresses are Beautyrest that combine Pocketed Coil with Gel Memory Foam to provide an immediate comforting fit the moment you lie down to help provide up to 21% more pressure point relief. Each bedroom has a name: The "Ocean" bedroom is the smallest room and it has a full-size bed. The "Turtle" bedroom has a queen-size bed. The "Sailing" bedroom has a queen-size bed. Door to supply closet by the kitchen is locked. It’s for cleaner/owner use only. Other things to note The house is close by an elementary school. You will see mild traffic in the street at 0825 am and at 0300 pm due to parents picking up and dropping off their children. It last anywhere from 15-30 mins. Lawn Maintenance: Our lawn maintenance will be scheduled twice every month. We will notify you if they come during your stay. My lawn care team will come through the side gate and will do yard maintenance for about 30-40 minutes. (Timeframe may get rescheduled due to ERs and weather).

The space This all brick home was built by a respected contractor for his Mother, and he made it to last! It’s had some essential upgrades, yet retains its original charm and history. The living room dining room has its original oak parquet floor and the length of one wall has original real wood paneling. The master bathroom has all its original bathroom, and the main bathroom has a newly tiled floor. It really does take you back! And yet the fiber optic WiFi, along with U-Verse/Direct Stream TV brings you to the latest technology. 	Bath towels and beach towels are provided, also body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. Laundry detergent supplied enough for your own needs, and to wash any of the towels sheets while you’re there. We do not change them out. There are large high def TVs in the Wicker (Master) bedroom, the Dolphin (Queen) bedroom, the Monkey (versatile adjustable King or XL twin) bedroom, and the living room, with a smaller tv for Whale bunkbed) bedroom. Each of these 4 bedrooms have plenty of room for 8 and with the comfortable queen sleeper seeps a total to 10 people. There is an air mattress and a full sized crib available request. Important consideration for you. The Monkey Room can be configured into either XL adjustable twins, or a king size adjustable bed. We require a week notice if the beds configuration needs to be changed for your needs. The colossal driveway can easily stack 6 vehicles with room for your truck and boat/camper/tailor. If needed you can park on the street. Just be warned the driveway is steep and we advise you to take backing out at an angle. We are now addressing the lawn, so we ask that you stay on the driveway as there are guiding lights alining the driveway. We hope to have a sprinkler system installed soon. There is room in the kitchen for more than one cook with plenty of counter space and elbow room. And it is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs: pots, pans, baking-ware, Air-fryer, bread maker. juicer, XL electric cooker, mixing bowls, you name it. There’s Starbucks coffee, sugar and creamer, flour, and assorted tea and hot chocolate and a coffee maker that has a hot water dispenser. There is a large assortment of spices in the spice rack, and a few more in the cupboard above along with cooking oils, etc. The majority of doors and cabinets are labeled for your convenience - to help you find what you’re looking for and then put it back where it belongs. There is a bar that looks out over the dining room table, with a view of the big-screen TV. There is a huge sliding glass door that runs the length of the the kitchen that opens up to a fully private outdoor living space where you’ll find a gas grill and a patio with furniture for outside dining or to lounge around on. The patio box is where you’ll find and store the cushions whenever there is inclement weather. Please store them there when not in use. Also in that box are some yard games and toys. On the other side of the kitchen is the laundry space with front load full size washer and dryer. Everything is there for your laundry needs including an iron, drying rack and a full-sized first aid kit. The living area is large and open, with living room couches holds 5, and with 6 dining room chairs and 4 barstools there's plenty of room for all to enjoy the big game or share a movie. The coffee table has wheels so you can roll it out of the center if needed, which is especially helpful when pulling out the sleeper. The TV stand doubles as a dresser. The fully fenced back yard is safe and big enough for kids and pets to run wild. you can play sports if you want, or crocket, water games, tag. There is a cute playhouse for the kids to play right next to and a seating area that sports a gas fire pit for cooler weather. We have baby supplies, including highchair, crib, pack n’ play, infant tub, potty chair, and baby toys. There’s a kid desk with Supplies, and a kid table in the dining room. Ask to check out our any of our large assortment of extra amenities. Xbox & games, Barbie house, kid & toddler Playhouse, assortment of beach equipment, a baby doll with crib, stroller, and highchair. Pickleball equipment, sand, and water table, baby toys. Some may require a deposit. Guest access There is a lockbox where the key is kept. You will have the code to it along with the Wi-Fi password before you arrive and you will find specific details next to the door when you arrive. Although his is a quiet neighborhood, houses are set further apart and off the road, with lots of trees, that gives plenty of privacy and sound insulation; and with thick walls you play loud music inside into the night. We don’t recommend whooping it up too much outdoors after 9 or 10. You have the run of the place with the exception of the lockoff area, which is tied off and locked. there's plenty parking space. ,Once the lawn is reestablished we we'll want you to stay off the grass; but there isn’t any reason to anyway. Park on the street if you wish in front of the property. The bottom of the driveway is very steep. It is best to take at an angle. Be forewarned - you will be charged for any damage or missing items. Other things to note Warning! We have a cleaner we love and want you to respect her as much as we do. We give pretty specific directions for checking out. If the property has more than average mess, such as no attempt at kichen cleanup or the provided beach equipment left sandy and in disaray, or other messes or unexplained damage to property (like stains on carpet, furniture, bedding, comforters, or towels and such that make makes them unusable or requires a repair job or deep excessive cleaning, you will be charged. There will be charges for any damages or missing items, even items as small as pillowcases, and towels, especially the decorative ones. Missing pillowcases or sets require fully replacing a whole set. Rags are supplied in the towel closet top shelf to offset the need to use our good towels

To make their stay comfortable, we provide pet coverlets, a dog food bowl and water bowl, one dog bed with a removable and washable cover, and some fun toys. We want your pets to feel just as at home as you do! 2 dogs max. Please no cats. No dogs in pool. Guest access You may use all parts of the home except for the garage and the locked owners closet. Other things to note Swimming Pool: SWIMMING POOL DOES NOT HAVE A BARRIER. HOME DOES HAVE ALARMS ON DOORS AND WINDOWS: Guest understands use of swimming pool is at Guest’s own risk and must sign a waiver. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult. No dogs in pool. Private Dock/Boats: We do have a public boat launch right down the street from our house. Or you can rent a boat. Depending on the size of the boat, it can be tied off the dock up to 16'-20' (outboard motor). You can anchor the bow out and attach the stern to the dock. The dock can accommodate all flat boats up to 30' x 10' and all pontoon boats. Another option, you can anchor it out and wade in. The water is fairly shallow close to the dock and shore, so you have to keep the motor up. Depending on the tide, you might be able to ride in or get out and walk it in would be the safest way. Life vests for kayaks/paddleboard: Life jackets are required on kayaks in Florida, but kayakers are not required to wear them unless they are under 6 years old. You will find the life vests located in the dock box located on the side of the house. All vests, seats, and paddles should be returned to the box before departure. Pet Policy: We love pets and welcome well-behaved dogs at our property! However, we kindly ask that you respect our pet rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests: Dog-Friendly Only: We do not allow cats—dogs only, please. A maximum of two dogs is permitted with prior notice. For more than two dogs, approval must be requested on a case-by-case basis. Pets on Furniture: For your convenience, we provide multiple soft throws (with dog paw prints) that can be used on beds and furniture. Please use them during your stay to help us control pet hair on our bedding. Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside for extended periods. If you plan to be away from the property for a significant time, please make proper arrangements for your pet. Clean Up After Your Pets: Please pick up and dispose of all pet waste immediately. No one wants to step into a yard with surprises—leaving waste behind could result in a cleaning fee. Pet Behavior: If your dog tends to chew furniture, dig in the yard, or cause damage, please consider leaving them at home. We cannot accommodate destructive pets. No Untrained Puppies: Only house-trained dogs are allowed. Puppies still in potty training are not permitted. Pet Fee and Damage Fees: A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies to cover additional cleaning, including steam cleaning between guests. Additional Fees: If there is any pet-related damage, such as chewing on furniture, digging in the yard, or if pet waste is not picked up, an additional damage fee will be charged to cover necessary repairs or cleanup. Just a short drive around the corner, take a walk on the Okaloosa pier. See marine wildlife, rent some fishing gear and even get a temporary license to fish. There are multiple restaurants at the pier as well as souvenir shops. Destin is just a short 15 minute drive away to enjoy go carts, shopping, put put golf and so many great restaurants.
