The back yard hosts an enchanting two-level tree-house. This is a great place for family gatherings. Events and pets MUST be discussed beforehand. The space A short ride to Stowe Mountain Resort, this property is a super enjoyable ski/snowboard house with loads of space for people to sleep, hang out, and relax. There are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms with an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen and dining room both have entrances to the deck. There is a small kitchenette on the opposite side of the house in the master bedroom. You can also use the back yard in the winter months for sledding. Hot tub receives weekly maintenance from a professional pool company to ensure the best possible experience. There is a great sledding hill just outside the door, a wood-burning fire pit to gather around (also outside), high-speed internet, cable, and wi-fi. Guests have exclusive access to the hot tub, pool table, sauna, kitchen, washer/dryer, cable tv. There are also available sleds and snowshoes to use. During the summer the lake is a popular go to place with access to sand beach, peddle boat, canoes, and kayak. Walking paths, horseshoes, and an assortment of outside games. We live in a separate part of the home and are available to answer questions about the home, the areas, where to go for great food, hiking, biking, breweries, wineries, museums, farmers' markets and special events. If a group doesn't need assistance, after check-in, we disappear but are available by phone for assistance. We love the privacy, the natural beauty, the great swimming, boating, skiing, biking, hiking that is available at our fingertips. Award winning breweries, wineries, restaurants are within a few miles of this property. In the winter, in this region, we recommend that our guests have 4-wheel drive vehicles. There is limited public transportation. Taxis are available. Unique privacy aspect: Guests appreciate that they can stay up all night without disturbing neighbors. Guest access There are 3 separate suites in the home. We rent two of them and live in the third. The guest suites are totally separate from our living space. Our guest suites are exclusively rented to one group at a time. The larger suite has a large dining area and kitchen with 3 bedrooms: One has a king-sized bed with an in-suite full bathroom, another has a queen-sized bed with an in-suite bath with shower, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a bath with shower down a small hallway. There is a sleeper couch in the living area next to the pool table that can be used for an extra two people. There is a laundry room, a sauna and a pool table in this suite. The hot tub is located directly outside on a deck at this level. Outside by the hot tub is an outdoor shower for summertime use. There is a gas grill and a picnic table on the lawn, along with a horseshoe pit. We also have a fire pit set up for guests to enjoy in the evening. No extra charge for firewood. The smaller suite also has a full kitchen (although much smaller). It has a queen-sized bed on the main floor and a king-sized bed on the second floor that is accessed by a spiral staircase. These two rooms share a full bath. There is a large covered deck off of this suite with 2 picnic tables --- often used by groups during inclement weather. We only rent to one group at a time with these two suites available to that group, which allows us to accommodate 10 to 12 people. The house is located in the middle of 30 acres which provides wonderful privacy. The private beach is a short walk from the house; there is a road that you can take a car down to be closer, and there is about 700 feet of lake frontage. We have numerous canoes and boats for guests to use. We also have a volleyball court set up on the beach along with a second horse shoe pit. There is a walking path that goes around the property (over 1-mile-long) and a secluded cabin in the woods that can be rented as well (Inquire). There are 3 separate suites in the home. The house is perfectly situated between Stowe Ski Resort (14 miles away) and Sugarbush (24 miles away) for multiple skiing destinations. ~35 minutes from Burlington/Airport/Train/Lake Champlain; ~20 from Montpelier; ~5 miles from 1-89. Prime leaf-peeping spot; also great for winter activities, with a sauna to warm up. The space This lovely home enjoys up-close mountain views and is flooded with early morning light. Outside, relax in the custom built gazebo or in front of the firepit while the kids play on the large lawn. Take a sauna, just off the multi-layered deck. Here, entertaining a crowd is a pleasure. The dining room is in an open space leading into the living area that includes a tv, large couch, wood fire place, sliding doors to the deck and a bar for all of your social needs. There is a primary bedroom on the first floor that has a king bed and attached bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you will find another large bedroom with a king bed and attached private bathroom. The other two bedrooms upstairs are adjoined by a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that has 2 single mattresses. The basement has another bedroom with 3 queen beds and another full bathroom. Confident winter driving skills are essential for safe navigation. It can be difficult to navigate even for the most experienced winter driver. If you are uncomfortable with these conditions, this may not be the best property for your stay. For added peace of mind, guests have the option to request extra sanding services at their own expense. The only potential interaction possibility would be in the driveway. Other things to note The barn has nothing of any use except in its quaint visual setting on the property - and is used by the homeowner for storage - so we ask guests to please respect that space and stay out of it.

The backyard has a hot tub that seats 7, Adirondack chairs circling a fire pit, a deck with table and chairs (one reclining), and a small barbeque. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property except for a small, locked storage room, the open attic above the garage, and the vehicle that is permanently parked in one space of the garage. Other things to note An additional cleaning fee will be charged for groups over 5. There is parking for several vehicles in the main driveway, plus additional overflow parking behind the garage. A few things to know: This is a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the area. We are not suitable for parties or large events. As with many historic Vermont farmhouses, the staircase to the second floor is steeper and narrower than those found in most modern homes. Most guests have no trouble with it (our own kids certainly don't!), but older guests and those with mobility concerns would likely prefer the first-floor king bedroom. Several of the upstairs rooms also feature the charming rooflines and sloped ceilings typical of a historic farmhouse. I am 6'1" and they are fine for me, but some taller guests may prefer more headroom. Children are very welcome. A high chair, travel crib and baby gates are available for guest use. Enjoy Ben & Jerry’s Factory, beautiful Waterbury Reservoir, & mountain biking all within 5 miles. Air conditioning in every bedroom and in living room. Guest access The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a few closets, the basement, and the garage. Large Restored Farmhouse 1 mi from Stowe Village

Basecamp is our updated and spacious Stowe property centrally located minutes from both the mountain and town that can comfortably sleep Families of up to 16 (+ 2 infants). In the summer, enjoy the expansive outdoor patio, lawn, fire pit, and hot tub / pool area. In the winter enjoy easy access to Stowe and Trapp Resorts, and relax in the hot tub before cooking large family meals in the expansive kitchen. The large, open floor plan is ideal for extended families and respectful, low-key groups. The space The property is spread out over the main house and connected multi story above garage apartment, covering over 5,000 square feet and completely updated in the Spring of 2022. The house opens up onto a wonderful backyard patio where families can enjoy the heated pool (seasonally), hot tub, lounge area, dining tables, BBQ Grills, fire pit, swing set, and rolling back yard. The main house has a spacious open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The Kitchen is incredibly well equipped with dining set ups for both indoor and outdoor meals. The kitchen has an eat at counter in addition to the large dining table for out largest of groups. Off the kitchen is a large pantry/ laundry room that also has a second fridge and additional prep area / storage space. This space opens up to the backyard from 2 different entrances on opposite ends of this main floor, creating a great flow from indoors to the outdoors. There are 4 bedrooms with attached private bathrooms, one large kids bedroom with 5 twin beds, and an open loft space with one queen bed and sleep sofa. Off the Primary bedroom on the main floor of the house there is a nursery set up with crib and a number of amenities for our smallest guests (including a second travel crib for families with more than one little). In terms of details, all bedrooms have cozy cotton sheets, down comforters in duvets covers, new pillows, white noise machines, and blackout curtains. In the summer months, each bedroomhas a portable AC unit and all have either a ceiling fan or box fan. Each full or 3/4 bathroom throughout the house (there are 6 in total) has a guest amenity kit, hair dryer, Shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. We also leave ample stock of TP. Other bonus spaces include a second kitchen and living room in the Apartment, a lounge room with TV and ping pong table, a second back deck off the apartment, and access to the garage for gear storage. The house is truly set up to delight our guests, and we have kept every large and small detail in mind to make for an amazing stay. Guest access Check in is contactless and guests can access the house via a keypad on the front door. We send along detailed check in instructions the day prior to arrival, they are also available via the app. Other things to note Our hot tub is open year round and professionally maintained. Our Pool is also professionally maintained and is opened up for Memorial Day Weekend, and is closed for the season on September 14. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy 20 acres to explore. Conveniently located between Sugarbush, Stowe, Montpelier and Waterbury. Less than 3 miles off Interstate 89. Farm stands, bakeries, hiking trails, swimming holes and lovely restaurants all nearby. The space This is a comfortable family home built in 2005. Chef’s kitchen with stainless and enamel cookware as well as many appliances useful for baking and cooking. There are couches you never want to get up from and simple decor, no clutter. Games and books for the whole family, an arsenal of legos and wooden train set, light fitness set up in the basement. There is an assortment of sleds and snowshoes to enjoy in the field. Things to note…. There are year round tenants in the detached guest barn, so please be courteous. Left side of the garage and its contents are designed for them as well. Access to bedroom 2 is through bedroom 1. It is a fantastic set up for kids and parents, or a friend group. Living room 2 has pocket doors, and a couch that folds out to a comfortable queen sized bed. There is also a high quality inflatable mattress available in that room if preferred. Season depending the driveway is plowed regularly or the lawn is mowed regularly. Guest access Guests have full use of the main house and the right side of the garage. The detached barn id occupied.
