This unique property has direct water access from boat well, 1 deck, 1 screened porch and 4 kayaks. The home was recently renovated and many amenities added! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms and a bunk room on the first floor w/ pull out king! Electronic lock on boat well door for safety. Beautiful furnishings & linens - Not a party house! Boat NOT included. The space Space is about 1200 sq feet. All bedrooms have portable fans & Samsung flat-screen TVs and both master bedrooms have ceiling fans. Blackout shades in all sleeping areas! High quality bed linens & pillows. Guest access Code required to access the boat well & can be given upon request. There is access to flat roof from back deck but no one should be going up! Ladder to climb onto roof is off limits! Other things to note Our boat in NOT in the boatwell. The two bedrooms on the north end of the home each have queen beds and televisions. Every bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine for guests comfort. The backyard is privacy fenced (not secured with gates) and has an outdoor dining set with umbrella, extra chairs, and stainless steel propane grill for use. This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The space The boathouse has approximately 1200 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space, plus 2 boat wells. It is located on the canals of the Cove District in Sandusky with views of Cedar Point from the front porch. The property has direct water access from the boat slips and a small deck outside the back door of the boathouse. The 1st floor has a nicely equipped kitchen, dining area, living room (couch has a full-sized pull-out bed), a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a den which can be closed off to make a 3rd bedroom with a queen-sized pull-out bed, a full bathroom, and a utility room with a full-size front-load washer and dryer. There are 3" memory foam mattress toppers for both pull-out beds. Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and a half bathroom. The living room and all bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. There are 3 parking spots in front of the house, but please note there is no additional parking. This is not a party house! It is for registered guests only. Other things to note Sorry, but we do not allow pets or service animals. We love animals but several people in our family are allergic to them. No animals allowed.
