Paseo is a private, gated community. If you are looking for a beautiful tropical getaway in Southwest Florida this is it! The space Two-story townhome with coastal décor. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Direct access to the garage which is located below the unit. Light and airy. Front and back lanai with great views. Overlooking the quad pool and community area. Fun people in the quad! You will be invited to the monthly parties if you get to know them. Guest access You will have access through front door and garage door. The entire unit will be available for your use.
