The guest house has 1 king bed and a full size pullout in the living room. There is a door separating the bedroom. The property provides plenty of space to spread out but since there are technically 3 “rooms”, larger groups may feel cramped for sleeping. Recently renovated with a 'slow' pace in mind. The Navarro House features a cabin feel yet still has everything needed to enjoy your stay including HIGH SPEED internet and SmartTV (no live TV). The open concept living room and kitchen features a striking stone fireplace (gas), dining table for 6 and everything needed to make a nice meal. The master bedroom features a wood burning fireplace (working), king size bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with full size futon pullout and the main house bathroom includes a bathtub. Additional sleeping in the main house consists of two jr. twin fold out mattresses. Pack n' play with mattress is available for your use. We also have kids books, loads of games, puzzles and some kids toys including beach stuff. The guest house sits about 100' below the main house. It's a cozy and bright space with kitchen/ living room on one side and bedroom with door on the other. The bathroom in the guest house was recently remodeled featuring a backlit mirror and overhead "rain shower" with option for handheld shower head. The living room includes a Smart TV (no cable), gas burning fireplace and new couch from Room and Board. The couch opens up to a nice full size bed. Great for one couple or a family with 1 child. The dinning table has seating for four. Both spaces feature simple kitchens and coffee beans are provided. Or, pick from several close restaurants from our guest book for a nice meal out. All bedrooms have direct and unobstructed views and deck access. There is a 1/4 mile trail to the beach but the last 15 feet is down a steep rock. The beach can be accessed, however proceed AT YOUR OWN RISK. At times, the river dams up and beach can be limited and connects to the public side. For easier beach access, drive 5 minutes to the Navarro State Park beach (other side of the river) or any beach north including the famous Glass Beach in Fort Bragg. There is plenty of hiking including the Navarro Point Preserve and Coastal Trail within a 5 minute drive. Take a hike, then soak in the hot tub and get cozy roasting marshmallows next to the fire. Where Majestic Navarro River Meets Rugged Pacific

Riventides with its expansive views of river, ridge, and ocean provides a perfect North Coast vacation spot. This large, delightful house with its extended grounds and many special places can gracefully accomodate up to 8 in three bedrooms. The space Riventides sits atop peaceful Navarro Ridge overlooking the mouth of the Navarro River where it flows into the Pacific. The house has extended river and ocean views as well as a panoramic view of the forested ridges on both sides of the Navarro. We recently bought this dramatic yet serene dwelling with its two acres of land. We were enchanted by its views and its unusual combination of classical, creative, and rustic features. They all come together in what one friend characterized as “a rustic palace.” The house is set back from the road by a long driveway with an adjacent grassy meadow. At the end of the drive, open a small gate and step into a delightful park-like courtyard reminiscent of those found in European country houses, complete with fountain. Enter the long foyer of the house and walk back to the living room, with its soaring cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, and vaulted windows that beautifully showcase the ridge on the far side of the river. A balcony overlooks the living room from the second floor. To the right is the extended kitchen-dining area with river and ocean views, a high slanted roof, and a row of doors that open to the long covered back porch and generous backyard. A number of vintage treasures have been incorporated into the house. The broad-board pine floors in the living and dining room hail from an old Singer sewing machine factory, the marble island counter top in the kitchen from the Berkeley Public Library, and the double doors at the front entrance are from a former Fort Bragg mercantile store. These harmonize well with the more contemporary elements, such as the industrial-style metal kitchen countertops and the stainless appliances. The first floor has a large master bedroom suite with a huge spa/tub, enclosed tile shower, and an adjacent outdoor hot tub. There is also an ample guest room with attached bath. The second floor bedroom can sleep up to four with its bunk bed (lower double/upper single) and additional single bed. The second floor bathroom has an unusual tub/shower that is likely to delight. Situated in Albion, Riventides is near many fine restaurants and only 8 miles from the town of Mendocino and its shops. Because it is very close to the junction of CA Route 128 and CA Highway 1, it also provides a wonderful base for experiencing the riveting beauty and other attractions all up and down the North Coast. We named the property “Riventides,” inspired by Tolkien’s “Rivendell,” a place of beauty, comfort and rejuvenation for Hobbits and Elves. We hope that with its open views of river, sea, ridges, and sky, its comfort, and its peaceful yet energizing ambiance, Riventides will serve a similar purpose for our guests! We are lucky to have a very helpful when needed but otherwise completely unintruisve caretaker for the property, who lives in an apartment over the detached garage. You're just 10 minutes from the town of Mendocino and 30 minutes from Anderson Valley wineries through scenic redwoods. River and ocean access nearby - perfect for kayaking, fishing, foraging, and hiking. An ideal basecamp for coastal and wine country adventures. The space The house is located on the bluff overlooking the Albion bridge and cove. It has visibility up the Albion river to the East as well. Even though it is in the village, the space is very private (you can walk around the block to say hi to friendly neighbors though). The main floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a combined living room and dining room and kitchen. Everything has been newly remodeled with and new hardwood floors installed. You'll be able to walk out onto the back deck for amazing views, or hang out on the covered porch for a cozy spot. You can get upstairs via a spiral stairs from the main space, or some steps up to the smaller upstairs deck. This deck faces west for beautiful sunsets. The upstairs is one large bedroom and office. It has a king bed, twin daybed, and desk/office area. There's parking on the street above the house, and an EV charging station if needed. If you haven't been to the Albion village, it is about 10 minutes south of the town of Mendocino, and is a great basecamp for exploring the coast, or a cozy little village if you're just looking for some time away. The Redwood House is private with plenty of room to explore on this peaceful property surrounded by nature. Vaulted ceilings, 1 bedroom with queen bed, & two sleeping lofts ( accessed by ladders only) plus 1 full bathroom. This quaint home is ideal for a young family or one couple. It will give you the sense of what Mendocino really should feel like. It's comfortable and rustic & waiting for you to partake. PLEASE note : We allow dogs only. There is a $35 per dog per night charge. 2 max The space This house has one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed. There are two separate sleeping lofts, both accessed by ladders. The sleeping lofts are ideal for young adults or children ages 5-18. If your group is all adults and more than 2-4 people this house is probably not ideal. Guest access There are a few steps up on a deck that leads to the front door. There is a step up into the living area. Other things to note A few additional things to note about the house & property : 1. This cabin has one bedroom one bath with a sleeping loft with two twins. The loft is ideal for children ages 6 to 15. 2. This cabin is on a 7.5 acre a property that has other rental cottages. 3. We have a large soaking tub in the bathroom but the jacuzzi jets are not operable. We were sure to mark the amenity as a bathtub, not a jacuzzi because of this. 4. The kitchen is small and quirky. If you plan to do a lot of cooking in house, this might not be the best rental house for the occasion. 5. A note about pets : we allow dogs only. We love cats and other animals too, but we are not able to accommodate them in this rental house. -There is a $35 per dog per night charge with a maximum of two dogs per reservation. -We ask guests to keep their pets on a leash at all times while outside on the property. -Please be sure to pick up doggy waste and dispose of it in the trashcans outside the house. -We also ask that pets are not left unattended or tied up at the house. Try some Pinot Noir at one of the daily wine tasting events. Stop along Hwy. 128 to hike in the majestic redwood forest and find secluded warm water "swimming holes" upstream on the Navarro River. Throw a frisbee or build a driftwood fort at the Navarro River Beach one mile north. The house comfortably accommodates friend and family groups as well as couples. With a living room, game room and decks on two levels there is space for folks to gather together or spread out to read and just stare at the ocean. Two comfortable couches centered around a wood burning fireplace make the living room a favorite spot to stretch out and read around a good fire at night. A ceiling fan cools the area at the end of hot days. There is a small but mighty sound system and some music we like. Bring your own CDs too. The dining room table is a great place to play card or board games. The master bedrooms and game room have cable TV. Books and movie DVDs are stocked. The kitchen is well equipped for cooks - starting with a gas stove, many pots and pans, drip and french press coffee pots, Crate and Barrel melamine dishes, cookbooks, and stainless steel wine cups. Cook fresh caught crab (in season) or salmon from Noyo Harbor in Fort Bragg. Use our cooking herbs from the plants out front. Sip your coffee or wine at the full table on the upper deck or bistro table on the lower deck. Outdoor tables are stored in winter due to storms. The game room has a convertible foosball table and electronic dart game as well as wall mounted TV. Outside the game room on the lower deck is a chiminea (where you can roast marshmallows) or the hot tub for a good soak. There are 4 bedrooms. Queen and full sized beds are finished with foam or featherbed toppers and then with quality quilts. The master bedroom on the lower level boasts a canopy bed. Vintage plein aire oil seascapes hang on the walls, and sliding glass doors take you to the deck. In the lower level bathroom is a coffee maker. Brew your own pot and sip coffee on the lower deck in the morning. The upper master bedroom includes a lovely art nouveau lamp and ceiling fan. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of a storage room) and front and back yards. The yard to the east has a picnic table while the lower deck includes flower box and an herb garden while rosemary plants ring an expanse of colorful ice plant in the yard to the west. The master bedroom features a wood burning fireplace (working), king size bed and private bath with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and one built-in Jr twin size bunk. Two additional jr. twin fold out mattresses and a pack n' play with mattress are available for your use. All bedrooms have direct access to the expansive deck with 180 degree view or pull the curtains if you want to sleep in! The main bathroom has a bathtub. We also have kids books, loads of games, puzzles and some kids toys including beach stuff. The kitchen is simple with gas burning stove, essential appliances and everything you need to cook a nice meal. Or, pick from several close restaurants from our guest book for a lovely meal out. This secluded property is shared with a guest house that sits about 100 feet below. The shared area includes a lower deck with 7 person hot tub and fire pit area. There is also a horseshoe pit and hammock. You will have the main house to yourself and everyone respects quiet hours after 10pm. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay from your morning cup of coffee to curling up on the luxurious Saatva mattress while watching the waves crash all while being surrounded by the magnificent view. There is a 1/4 mile trail to the beach but the last 15 feet is down a steep rock. The beach can be accessed, however proceed AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is plenty of hiking including the Navarro Point Preserve and Coastal Trail within a 5 minute drive. Take a hike, then soak in the hot tub and get cozy roasting marshmallows next to the fire. Twenty-five minutes from downtown Mendocino, you'll enjoy 30 acres of total privacy overlooking the valley to the ocean below: The house is modern and immaculate, framing sweeping views with 2 bedrooms and 2 half baths with conjoined walk-in shower. We have purchased high-end solid foam bed/couches, which fold out in the second bedroom and living room for a total of 6 people. (an additional floor futon is available for a little one ). The space Our home has two full bedrooms, of which the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has an extremely comfortable high-end solid foam king size sleeper sofa. There is an additional king foam sleeper sofa in the living room for six people total. (we also have a foam floor futon for a little one.) There are 2 half baths for privacy and a shared conjoined walk-in shower. The house works on Insta hot so the hot water is fast and has excellent pressure. We have two smart televisions; 55 inches in the living room and a smaller one in second bedroom We now have full Wi-Fi access as well as excellent cell coverage. Guest access Our caretakers live on the farm at the end of the road and will leave the house open and key on the kitchen counter upon your arrival. Other things to note Albion is approximately 10-15 minutes minutes from Navarro River Redwoods State Park, Van Damme State Park, Big River Beach at Mendocino Headlands, Crown Hall In, and Russian Gulch State Park. Boat rentals and river access are available locally. We are 15 minutes up from the highway off a private road spotted with lovely quiet neighbors and a nearby llama farm. The fireplace has been restored and a wonderful place to sit on those cozy cold coast nights. There are 2 bedrooms each with its own full bath. Perched on the cliffs south of Albion River, the house is the perfect hub for couples looking for a romantic getaway or families seeking a home away from home with access to beaches and outdoor activities. The space The Bridge House was built in 1908 and functioned originally as Newgard's Store on old Highway One, which ran down to and across the Albion River. Beautifully expanded and restored in 2001, and updated in 2015, the home boasts redwood construction, wainscoting, a 10-foot ceiling in the living/kitchen area, two bedrooms, a back parlor, two bathrooms and full kitchen. It is surrounded by lush gardens brimming with coast-loving plants in bloom throughout the seasons. Perched on the cliffs on the south-east side of the Albion River Bridge -- the last wooden trestle bridge on Highway One -- the Bridge House offers birds-eye views of the Albion River and Bay. Lie in bed and listen to the waves crash against the wooden bridge timbers or sit on the deck and follow the birds gliding the currents. Sunsets are spectacular from the Albion Cove where you can find the fossilizing remnants of the logging railroad. Like kayaks or canoes? Walk down to Pacific Union College to rent a water exploration vehicle. If you have your own watercraft, head over the bridge to the "Flats" and launch for an up- or down-river ride for a nominal launch fee. This is a great retreat for a family vacation, romantic weekend, or fun with friends. Located just seven miles from the village of Mendocino, the Bridge House is close to beaches, kayaking, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and much more. The Mendocino coast offers myriad activities for young, old and those in between! Up the wooden stairs, you'll find another queen-size bed with your own private balcony, comfort on a pillow-top mattress, and bathroom with claw foot tub, handheld shower (no separate shower stall) and vanity. Radiant heat throughout the house provides comfort in any season. The kitchen is stocked with some of the not-so-usual suspects: Italian five burner stove, electric oven, electric kettle, French press coffee pot; drawer dishwasher; fridge. We think of this land as one giant art project; constantly adding details, additions and love. If you have a larger party please consider renting The The Cedar shack or The Dome in addition. ( both have Queen beds completely private and detached, but does not have a kitchen) We love kids but please note the floors are rustic and the stairs are a bit steep, but the grounds are a dream for little ones.. Please note: If you have difficulty with stairs this may not be the best fit as the stairs are narrow and steeper than code. The sauna/shower is a huge treat, please feel free to enjoy it but please keep in mind it is shared by anyone who might be staying at The Farm. We have 2 farm dogs ( Beckett & Billy), 2 goats Mabel & Millie) and about a dozen chickens, important to note we currently have a rooster. Please feel free to explore the whole property but do keep a wide birth around our 2 additional stays, there's plenty of room to roam for ALL. The space The space includes a small kitchen, vintage style bathroom, small claw foot tub with shower, sleeping loft (up a steep set of stairs) with cozy full size bed and down comforter, table work space for writing or enjoying your meals and comfortable seating. No Wifi unless you're able to connect using cellphone hotspot! A wood stove or direct vent propane heater available for those cool mornings when our fresh coastal fog drifts in. We are remote, so cell service can be spotty. You will share the area with deer, wild turkey, quail, rabbit, fox, barn owls and a multitude of song birds. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 3.5 miles inland from the gorgeous Mendocino Coast and 20 minutes south of the town of Mendocino. Enjoy the clean air, big sky and warm sunshine of Albion Ridge. The space Clean comfortable studio space, with California king loft sleeping area, full kitchen (no microwave) private bathroom with attached outdoor shower. This space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate a small family or group of friends with use of the queen size fold-out sofa bed. Small deck to hang out on and private outdoor space to play! Being 3.5 miles up the ridge puts you in the sunshine on cold, foggy coastal days. This space stays warm with a Rinnai wall heater for when it’s cold outside and you want to curl up with a book and a cup of tea. Guest access Private driveway, parking and plenty of outdoor space. Other things to note We live on the property with our two young boys. This is a country setting with wildlife. You may hear our dogs who work protect our goats, chickens, and cats. Cozy little guest shack looking out on giant redwoods at our sweet old homestead. Perfect stop on a road trip, just 1.5 miles from HWY 1 and endless coastal adventures. 🛏️ Indoors: Queen bed with cozy cotton flannel sheets, down comforter, and fluffy pillows, love seat, wood stove, pour over coffee set up, small cooler, books galore. *No kitchen* ✨No Wifi ✨ 🌲 Outdoors: hot shower with view of the redwoods and open sky, sink, composting toilet greenhouse bathroom about 30 steps from the cabin. The space Rustic, small and cozy, but very basic. Please note there is no kitchen. Electric heater and wood stove for heat. BYO firewood and starter if you’d like to use the wood stove (available for purchase at Albion Grocery 2 minutes from the house). Turkish towels for the outdoor shower. Lots of good books to read. Small cooler available to store snacks (BYO ice). **There is no Wi-Fi and cell reception is limited for Verizon/Comcast; no service for AT&T** but there is good reception at the corner of HWY 1 or in Mendocino town (12 min north). This space is on 1.5 acres of shared space with our family home and a long-term rental. All are decently private from one another but we do live, work, and play here! We are usually into some kind of property projects and/or playing with kids 9am - 6pm; evenings are very quiet and the meadow's a wonderful place to stargaze or watch the moon rise. We welcome and love hosting kids, but pets are not welcome. Guest access You have access to love shack (sleeping space), greenhouse composting toilet, outdoor shower, fire pit, picnic table, outdoor sink. Meadow space and redwoods are common space and you are welcome to explore and lounge. Other things to note We welcome roadtrippers, stargazers, adventurers, book readers! This is a very sweet, heartfelt offering that we created for folks to to sleep and hang out, but it is not a good fit for those wanting a standard vacation rental or absolute solitude as we do live on property and there is kid activity around!

As the house is carved into a hillside, there is one entrance from the driveway to a vestibule where there is the door to the unit and a separate door to the main house. A concrete floor with radiant floor heat separates the studio from the residence above for excellent sound-proofing and complete privacy. A seating area, dining table and balcony with seating make this a delightful getaway spot. Mini kitchen amenities include 2.2 cu ft fridge, a separate 1.1 cu ft freezer, compact countertop oven, microwave, two-burner hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, cookware, dishware, drinkware, and utensils. For your entertainment and comfort there is wi-fi and a Smart TV with Xfinity. Your rate includes 11% tax which covers Mendocino County Transient Occupancy Tax. In this area cell phone service is spotty up to, and sometimes to Fort Bragg. However the signal for Verizon only is quite robust at the house. If your provider is T-Mobile, Sprint, or AT &T, it will not work on this property, but you may be able to use wi-fi to connect using your personal device. Guest access The access to the unit is through the carport. The entry room is shared by the guest studio and the main residence which is upstairs. Other things to note The last 200' to the driveway is a one lane gravel road. The driveway is a steep concrete driveway with a turntable at the top for a normal size vehicle (13' maximum wheel base). Large Sprinter type vans nor pickup trucks can use the turntable and will have to be backed down the driveway and there is a space below the property to do a three point turn to drive back up the road. No cars with trailers nor larger vehicles such as RVs will be able to easily access the property.

Mendocino Coast Hideaway

The Cedar Shack is the perfect stay, situated on an apple farm & surrounded by giant redwoods. Wander in your own redwood grove, shower under the stars and soak up the magic of this modern day homestead. We have recently added your own outdoor bath for a decident forest bathing experience. Cozy queen size bed, a comfy sitting nook, coffee station and inspiration EVERYWHERE! Yoga on The Big deck, a stroll through my garden or a toast in the glasshouse, it's all yours at The Farm. The space 6 acre apple farm with an old growth redwood forest. Lot's of short paths and trails to explore and little nocks of inspiration though out. Please feel free to enjoy the spaces beyond your stay being mindful of other guests. the goats love a vist and the farm dags (billy &Beckett would love a a pet. You will be sharing the bathroom & shower with The Dome guests. Guest access We have several zones on the Farm, that are shared by our 3 stays. The Glass House, a toast, meal or art projects. The Big Deck, outdoor yoga, dance, or star gazing. Suana, perfect for the Mendo foggy nights. Outdoor Shower, I always say the world would be a better place if we could all shower outdoors. The Garden, feel free to take a stroll. Tiny Farm Shop, open 10-2ish, please be mindful of Barn guests and light is on the right. Other things to note Our farm dogs Beckett & Billy will most likely bark on arrival but will quickly settle. Please feel free to visit the goats, we often have snacks in the galvanized bin for them.

The Cedar Shack

Your stay at The Roost will put you amidst sunshine and branches. The best of both worlds, we are located just 1.5 miles from the ocean in a sunny redwood grove. Of course Albion is an easy 10 minute drive to Mendocino Village. Bird lovers can enjoy their coffee on the upper deck while taking in the morning chorus. There are windows and skylights in all rooms for maximum enjoyment of the forest. The space With a name like The Roost you'll probably gather we've got some chickens (Hens only!). They are happy to make your mornings a little sunnier (eggs anyway you like ‘em). Guest access There is an enclosed "flower garden corral" adjacent to the Roost entrance. Here, amidst the blooms, is a 1921 claw footed tub and shower which guests have private access to during their stay. Other things to note Our private dirt roads are tenderly maintained and susceptible to damage by excessive traffic. The Roost

Mendocino Coast-Albion Garden Cottage is a great place to bring your partner and pooch, located 6 miles south of the historic village of Mendocino. There are many impressive attractions within a short drive. This includes hiking trails, Mendocino headlands State Park, botanical gardens, the Skunk train and rail bikes, glass beach.. The cottage is also within walking distance to the Albion River, Albion Beach and the newly named Tiera Mar Kitchen. The yard is fully fenced for your dog. The space The cottage is a very quiet getaway near the historic town of Mendocino. You are also in walking distance of the Albion river, if you walk under the bridge, there is a very quiet beach. The backyard is fenced to keep your dog from running off. Guest access Guest enter through a gate to the left of the garage, and a combo key lock box is outside the front door

Mendocino Coast Albion Garden Cottage

This tiny cabin is surrounded by trees, trees and more trees! Soak in the claw foot tub while gazing out at a redwood forest. The bottom floor of the cabin has a small sleeper sofa, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker (not a full kitchen). The bed is in a loft space on the second floor up a steep ladder and there is efficient heating. The fire pit can be used in low fire season only. *please note we also have a glamping space in near proximity. Dog on property, please be pet friendly. The space Guests will have private access to this cabin in the woods located about 100 ft from the Main House. Feel free to hike the trails behind the cabin or forage for mushrooms down the ravine. *The sleeping space is up a narrow and steep ladder. But the bottom floor also has a sleeper sofa if ladder is too tricky. Coffee/sugar and filtered water are provided. Water comes from our well which pumps fresh raw water! It’s delicious! During the warmer months the tiny cabin may share garden space (30 ft away) with a glamping tent. Glampers have their own bathroom but will have access to the outdoor shower. Glamping tent is up June-October. Guest access The cabin has private entrance and access to woodsy trails. Other things to note Wildlife is abundant in the area. Deer and birds visit the property often as well as the occasional California black bear! Wild fires are also a threat. Please ask hosts before using the fire pit and we will assess based on weather conditions. *In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are asking any visitors who feel unwell or who have symptoms to please stay at home. We are taking extra precautions to sanitize and disinfect all spaces between guests.

Tiny Cabin in the Redwoods

This 530 sq ft newly renovated open concept cottage is nestled amidst towering redwoods, inviting you to reconnect with nature. There is a sister rental "woodland retreat" located on the property which can be booked separately or together for your family retreat. Just 10 mins south of Mendo Village, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience all the area has to offer! Whether you spend your days exploring or simply stay put and meander our creekside trail, lasting memories are guaranteed! The space The cottage features many thoughtful and cozy amenities such as a pillowtop queen bed in the living area as well as a twin mattress in the loft. We use 100% cotton bedding and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary endeavor. The inside bathroom has a shower but if you prefer a soak, there is a fully plumbed clawfooted tub outside, nestled amidst the redwoods. The fenced in back area allows for your pup's enjoyment and safety while you lounge or bbq on the wrap around deck. PLEASE NOTE pricing is based on double occupancy, with one queen bed. If you plan to utilize the loft bed, make sure to note this in your reservation request so we can ensure it's made up for you. The loft is not recommended for young children due to height and ladder access. An additional $25 cleaning fee will apply if loft area is used. Dogs are family and we’re so happy to welcome yours! Well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two) are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night. Shangri La is the perfect place to relax & renew. Our cottage nests cozily on a high bluff with breathtaking panoramas of the ocean, at the junction of Anderson Valley wineries & the majestic coast. Sit on the deck or take a soak in a hot tub under the stars. A short 8 minute drive takes you to historic Mendocino village. The space A Cliffside Cottage with Majestic Ocean Views Shangri-La is the larger of our two cliffside cottages (the other is Sea Cloud; both are dog-friendly). It’s a perfect setting to celebrate a birthday, a proposal, a romantic honeymoon, or an anniversary (maybe in that order!). The cottage provides a truly oceanfront view for watching the waves, birds and whales, and spectacular sunsets. In Ft. Bragg, you can explore the restored historic downtown, and stroll along the newly created cliffside promenades. There’s even a movie theater. Noyo Harbor has several restaurants featuring local catches. Farther north are more beaches and the quaint seaside village of Westport. To the south of Albion village is Navarro Beach and the picturesque hamlet of Elk. To the north are Little River and Big River beaches. Hiking trails abound in Van Damme and Russian Gulch State Parks; take a walk along Big River; canoe on that river or Albion River; take a whale-watching trip, or ride the Skunk train. The area also provides swimming, ocean kayaking, tennis, and paddle-surfing. Heritage House restaurant and the Albion River Inn, both highly rated, are just across historic Albion bridge—both with spectacular views. The bathroom is a short stroll through the forest and you are more than welcome to prepare food in our glasshouse in the apple orchard, glamping style. The sauna is available to all 3 of our unique stays, if it's in use please wait your turn. Feel free to visit the goats, you will find grain to feed them in the galvanized bin. If you are choosing to connect to the Wifi, it is best to connect closer to the sauna/glasshouse area....The Farm password maisy2004, most networks connect just fine but a few do not. Note: The dome is heated by a wood stove—your own little hearth to gather around. We leave a fire all set and ready for you to light upon arrival, and provide a Duraflame log for your additional nights. Tending the fire is part of the experience, and while the space stays quite comfortable, do note that chilly mornings are possible—just another reason to enjoy a slow cup of coffee by the flames. Built in 1860, the main home is a former Wells Fargo stagecoach stop with classic New England charm. The main house is 5500 sq. ft. and can comfortably host all guests onsite for gatherings and meals. This residence has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, and another 1/2 bathroom available. There are four living areas including a sunroom, TV room and a spacious living room. Five bedrooms have private decks or patios with seating, and 3 have ocean views. The wedding suite is in its own private wing of the house and offers two full rooms, perfect for a couple or small family. There are two dining areas with a main kitchen and a secondary service kitchen attached where large meals for all guests can be prepared. The Tower House (a former water tower) offers an incredibly unique, warm space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Fensalden, Coastal Estate - Sleeps 30+

Navarro Mist embodies a classic architectural style wrapped in cedar shingles where the casting light and shadows gives the house great depth and dimension. Situated on an elevated plateau nestled into the hillside, the terraced gardens and tree trunks that stand tall alongside frame stunning ocean views while offering protected privacy. This home has been lovingly maintained and completely remodeled by its current, long-time residents of 50+ years. The main entry to this residence leads into a spacious, ocean-view living room that features high ceilings, contrasting wood and stone accents from a wood-burning fireplace, and bright interiors offering a perfect blend of composed elegance and casual coastal charm. The kitchen and dining areas are physical and visually connected to the south end of the living room.
