Recommend to bring a light jacket even in summer as it can get cool in the evening due to sea wind. If you are renting in off season (May, early June and in Fall- all the stores are not open). please keep the condo clean, however it is cleaned after each guest. I do require singed lease and copy of photo identification. Lease is emailed to guest after the booking is done. once signed lease /copy of ID is received, code for condo is emailed to you. During your stay, there will be no disturbance, however we may need an entrance for inspection and repairs. In that case, you will be notified ahead of time. This unit sleeps 2 adults comfortably in a queen size bed. Full bath and private patio ensure you have ample space. Amenities include heat and ac, wifi and a smart tv. There is a full kitchenette with coffee pot, small range, refrigerator and a microwave, and anything else you might need to cook. Linens included! The space This is a unit in a 2 building complex just a short distance to a south-side beach. The unit has a private patio and the path out back takes you to the in-ground pool. Choose from sixteen different beaches in the Town of Dennis. There is a $35 daily parking fee for visitors to town beaches between Memorial Day and Labor Day, collected by beach attendants. Credit card only. The space You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home in the South Dennis Historic District. Our historic sea captain's home was built in 1869, and we are only the fifth owners. We have an emotional investment in being good neighbors in our historic district. If you are passionate about 19th-century architecture and history, you will appreciate the quirks and charms of our old house. Your upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds, a loveseat, and a dedicated workspace (desk and chair) with a surge-protected power bar. Your private bathroom has a large vanity/mirror and a soaking tub. Cape Codders love their outdoor showers, and you are welcome to share ours (eco-soap included) at the back of the house. Please note that our 3/4-acre property includes extensive production gardens that are actively cultivated throughout the growing season. As a working garden space, areas of the property may be in various stages of planting, growing, harvesting, or maintenance, and may show signs of ongoing cultivation and seasonal work. Outdoor showers are an integral part of an authentic Cape Cod vacation. Wash off the sand after a day at the beach while listening to the birds in the garden. Guests are welcome to use our outdoor shower located at the back of the house. Eco-safe soap (Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap) is provided to keep our gardens healthy. The bedroom has drawers and closets available to make yourself at home! It also has a mounted TV with a fire stick. Living Spaces: The living room is equipped with a large mounted smart TV with all the apps for the rare inside moments! We've also left some books and games for extra entertainment! Cooking Spaces: The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need, including grill tools for the gas grill outside. We've even left travel cups for those morning/evening coffee walks to the beach! Outdoor Space: Your own backyard to spread out and enjoy the sun! Most importantly - there is an outdoor shower! We also have a laundry line to hang your wet swim suits to dry, a couch to relax, and a gas grill for easy bbq nights. Guest access We will provide the code to the lockbox on the front door where you will find a key to the home. We will also grant you an "e-key" to our electric lock on the backdoor. The whole place is yours to enjoy minus one locked closet in the bathroom used for owner storage, and the bulkhead into a small basement. During our busy season (summer) we must stick to our check out time as we reach 100% occupancy during these times, and the next guests will be checking in later that day. Walk to everything (restaurants, bars, etc.) Smart TV's to sign in to your own streaming service subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, etc. , wifi, bed linens, coffee maker, and bath towels provided! You are also welcome to use the shared shed to store your fishing rod, bikes, etc. We are typically provide bed linens, or you can bring your own if you choose. Occupancy is limited to two adults, with exceptions possible for infants who sleep in a crib or pack & play (not provided). Coming to Dennis Port for a wedding? We offer weekend availability in May, June, September and October! We are 100 yards from the Pelham House resort, and easy walking distance to the Three Seasons, Corsair, Cross Rip, Ebb Tide, Soundings, and other popular local wedding venues! Dennis Port is a fantastic location to relax on the beach, or use as a central jumping off point to explore Cape Cod and the Islands! We are 20 minutes from Hyannis, 40 minutes from Provincetown and the National Seashore, and 10 minutes from Harwich Port, where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket! Guest access The parking area is shared, but everything else is for your exclusive use. You'll have a private patio with a propane grill, a private outdoor shower, and the full 1 bedroom cottage. Other things to note Please note that this unit is attached to another cottage but is completely separate and private. including dedicated and private entrances and outdoor spaces. You'll have two parking spaces, a private patio with grill, and the entire cottage condo consisting of one bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living area & eat in kitchen. It's all yours! Please note that beginning in Spring 2021, we no longer have Cable TV, but do provide a SMART TV which you can use to sign into your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). Early check-in cannot be accommodated, however you are welcome to park your car & enjoy the beach if you arrive early. Our photos were taken in July of 2022. In the Spring of 2023, we upgraded the bedroom furniture from full to Queen! We are always doing updates and improvements so when you arrive, you may find updated furniture or other little upgrades that we do over time!

Full kitchen, bath & an outdoor shower. Step back in time by enjoying a community that was built in the 1950's. The last of its kind. A place where memories are made. The space This is an open concept/studio feel in a cottage located directly on the dunes of Nantucket Sound. Linens are not provided. There is a queen bed, a pull out sofa queen sheet sized & 2 twin beds in the loft for the littles. There is an enclosed outdoor shower only giving you access to the indoors as well. This is ideal coming directly off the beach into the cottage to wash your sandy feet. Enjoy the deck which has an awning (not shown) to keep you shaded from the sun while watching your family build sandcastles, swim in the warm ocean water and people watch all day long. Guest access Lockbox/key info will be provided 48 hours before your arrival. Other things to note Chases Ocean Grove is a private beach community. Beach bracelets will be provided in the cottage and must be worn while on the beach.

It's the bare necessities but also everything you need. The outdoor shower is a refreshing experience on a summer day or night. The closed in sunroom is a great place to relax, enjoy a movie, or take a nap after too much sun. The front porch is your seat to an amazing sunrise and sunset, a view of the ocean, a cold beverage or snack, and a great place to meet community passerbyers or just enjoy people watching. The bunk beds are spacious and comfy. The kitchen is simple and open with a brand new stove top. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the private beach. All that is required is to go to the community office building which is cottage #1 and fill out a form to get your bracelets. Then it's all yours to enjoy! FYI The cottage's name, The Strandloper, the Beachwalker, is a member of an extinct tribe of Khoikhoi Bushmen who lived on seafood gathered along the beaches of Southern Africa. Walking beaches is just as special today as it was a millennium ago. The space Our little cottage is on a quiet dirt road yet it is conveniently situated near stores, beaches and restaurants... The high ceilings and open floor plan provide an easy place to enjoy Cape Cod. We look forward to hosting you! *Note: 7 night stay min, Saturday - Saturday July & August The space My husband and I vacationed at Hurricane Pines and were thrilled when one of the units came up for sale! We want you to enjoy this little peace of heaven as much as we do. Little Neck is located in a small 10 unit cottage condominium community located right across from Haigas beach and nearby restaurants. The Ocean House is one of our favorites, but first stop by the Pelham House for pre dinner drinks. The Sundae School is a much needed stop for ice cream. Little Neck is a perfect location for you to enjoy a Cape Cod vacation, located centrally you are able to get to Ptown in under an hour, 25 minutes from Chatham, 20 minutes to Harwich. We have a full kitchen equipped with all the supplies you would need. A coffee machine, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and all the cutlery/pots and pans and plates! There is also an indoor and outdoor shower available to guests! Toiletries & linens are provided. Please bring your own beach chairs. Wifi and smart TV provided. Guest access The cottage is located in a small 10 unit condo community called Hurricane Pines. Little Neck cottage comes with one parking space, a grill, outdoor shower and private patio located in the back of the cottage. The cottages are all close to each other with shared walkways. Other things to note There is no handicap entry due to the step to get into the unit. No fires are permitted in the unit. Our fire place is non-operational. Please do not light any fires or candles within the unit. We have a lockbox and code that will be provided to you before you stay. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am, daily. Please respect the neighbors.

Littleneck Cottage: Your Beachside Retreat!

Adorable condo in the heart of vacationland in Dennis Port! This studio unit is full of natural light and comfortable for two people! The floor plan offers a living area with a queen sized bed and a pull out full sofa. Step out the sliders onto a deck with outdoor seating. There is a shared pool open late June- Aug. All this and right in the middle of the summer fun of Dennis Port and all its activities. The beach is under 1/4 mile away in walking distance. Beach chairs and wagon included! Other things to note As this is an association pool we cannot guarantee that the pool will be open for for your stay. There is maintenance at times out of our control. There are also rare occasions that WiFi may be out of service. We hope you enjoy your stay!
