The lake is amazing, but let's not forget this home is located smack in the middle of wine country as the sign in town clearly stats :) we are within 20 minutes of 20 wineries, within an hr of over 100, plus dozens of breweries and distilleries. As my friend down the street says, everyday is a Saturday here, it's incredible. Shuttles, limos, trolleys etc. are available through several local vendors. The lake views are simply incredible from here. Looking straight across you can literally see serval wineries perched on the hills of the west side of Keuka. They are about a 10 minute drive and there are some fine distilleries and breweries you are looking at too. Looking south, we are 3 miles/5 min drive to Hammondsport: Tons of Shopping, Bars, Restaurants****Voted "Coolest Small Town in America"*** Many days you can see the town from the house. Just a few minutes north are a few highly rated wineries and a cool restaurant on the water named the Switz that has live music on the patio several days every week (except winter) Keuka is an all sports lake and you can swim, fish, ski, SUP, Kayak, or just relax and watch. Several local places rent boats and will actually deliver to the house ahead of your stay if you'd like. Just before town is a public beach you can rent kayaks at. Bonus, there are 2 beaches in town with staffed lifeguards during the summer too. There are even tours of the lake offered. Breakdown of the home: There is a patio area off the back door where there is a propane fire table, soft outdoor seating and a patio table for outdoor dining overlooking the lake. It also includes walk right in gently sloping lake frontage. This is the taller of the two white House’s in the first picture. This rental also includes the grassy lawn area in front of the parking pad across the street. The sandy beach in front of that, the firepit and red chairs and the blue dock (seasonal). Also included are 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, Fishing poles and basic bait:) live bait can be bought locally FYI It does not include the property to the north (brown dock) or property to the south (white dock) please be mindful of neighbors they are very nice. The cottage has 3 private bedrooms and a loft perfect for kid overflow plus an Australian couch that pulls out to a queen bed and is actually supper comfy. In all, it sleeps 10 comfortably and sits 10 for dinner or games at the custom table. The loft is accessible via a staircase that pulls out from the wall for easier access. It also has a fun 10 foot slide perfect for kids to release a little energy inside. In addition, there is a second couch and second smart TV up there for the kids should a bit of downtime be needed. Note the loft is not full height. So that's why we say ideal for kids. Here is the breakdown of the cottage: 2 smart TVs (Just login to your preferred streaming service) Indoor Dinning for 10. The space Four bedroom house that can be two separate living areas of 2br each! Great for extended family relatives or two families to vacation together yet separate. BR 1-queen, BR 2- Full, twin bunks and a twin trundle, BR 3- King, BR 4-Full and a twin. Guest access Gravel driveway is a bit steep (but even our Fiat and our minivan get up fine, along with our boat trailer). The beach is across the street- a walk down towards the stairs and 54 steps down. Other things to note There are at least three kayaks, two standup paddle boards and a canoe for guests use. An array of life jacket sizes are there for convenience too in the small unlocked shed. Boat whips on the dock to secure your boat. Bath towels and linens provided. The property is for the use and enjoyment of those renting the property. SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside either house, on the decks, docks, and anywhere on the lake side of the house. Neighboring properties are too close and smoke is pulled into neighbors houses with window fans. Our most important request is to treat our property is if it were your own. This property means the world to us and we love the fact that we can share this special place with other families that want to make lasting family memories on the lake. CHECK-IN TIME Begins no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day noted in the lease. The owner makes every effort to ensure that unit is clean and ready for occupancy by check-in time; however, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. CHECK-OUTS All units must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the check-out day noted in the lease (THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY). An extra day’s rent will be charged for all late checkouts. The owner’s inspection crew require your timely departure, so that the unit can be prepared for the next tenants. Tenant is responsible for straightening all furniture, cleaning dishes, taking out trash, and leaving the unit in good order. Please strip the used beds of the fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases, and leave on top of the bed. Please ensure you’ve packed all your belongings before checking out. Things to note during your stay: 1) Each room has a wall air conditioner/heater. The controls are located on the wall. The settings for each room MUST be at the same selection (example one room can not be on de humidify and the others at cool air…they must all be either at de humidify or cool air) 2) The house key is on the kitchen table. 3) WiFi is available the network is My SpectrumWiFi00 -5G, password is: Widepark663, how to access is in the living room on the router. 4) We have an Amazon Firestick for you to access television programs. Please leave controller by TV. 5) Deck lights for the upper deck railing is located to the left of the kitchen door. You can control the brightness with the outside switch next to the elevator. 6) Trash bags are available in the lower cupboard on the left as you enter the kitchen, please use them for convenience. 7) Each bedroom has air conditioning and baseboard heating, please turn it off when not needed. 8) Downstairs heat is controlled by the gas stove, the pilot light is on, simply turn the switch to on (located on the right side of the gas stove. It is controlled by the thermostat next to the downstairs bathroom. 9) The Kitchen has a baseboard heater with the control on the baseboard. 10) Clean off grills prior to leaving! 11) If you use the George Foreman grill, please clean it. 12) Take you empty beer and wine bottles, we do not want the 5 cents per bottle. 13) Please close all lights when not in use, and when you leave. 14) Do not flush anything in the toilets other than toilet paper. All other items, should be wrapped and disposed of in the trash bins. 10) Check out is 10:00AM. Please leave on kitchen table and door unlocked. 11) Upon check out please place all trash bags in the bins located on the lake road. This is due to the nature of having a single cooling unit in the basement that supplies the entire home (a tradition system that most have). Although the system is brand new, unfortunately the home is over 130 years old and just simply wasn’t designed for an HVAC system and therefore it just simply doesn’t work precisely efficient - Mid to late August and through October, air cannons are used to keep intruding animals away from the nearby vineyards during the harvest season. Some guests are not disturbed by it, and find it a unique part of the experience. But, out of full transparency, we want our potential guests to be fully aware of this prior to booking. Message us if you have any questions, thanks! - WINTER GUESTS! Our kitchen is above a non accessible, non heated crawlspace and on rare occasion the water lines freeze when temperatures are extremely cold. This only affects the kitchen sink, and all 3 bathrooms are not affected. If this happens during your stay, we will reimburse you for any disposable plate ware and cutlery needed, as doing dishes will not be possible (enjoy the time not having to clean them!) *If you book a stay longer than two weeks, we require a cleaning every two weeks or in the middle of your stay if it’s three week as an example.*

The town of Hammondsport is 6 miles away and has 2 local beaches for swimming and lake activity, restaurants, gift shops, antique shops, groceries, ect. There is a large deck overlooking the lake and the vineyards. The space Lakeview Crossing is nestled on a hill overlooking Keuka Lake. The entire house is available to our guests including a huge kitchen, multiple eating areas, wrap around porch with a huge deck, large living room with a flat screen tv. The yard has plenty of space for games, picnicking and a large fire pit. There is plenty of car space. Guest access The property includes the entire house, wrap around porch, fire pit and entire lawn. Other things to note There are multiple marinas nearby for boat rentals and water sports. One of them has a sea plane for rides above the hills and lake. There are two nearby restaurants within a few minutes drive as well as award winning wineries, breweries and antiquing.

Bring along your sled in the wintertime and enjoy the perfect hill for sled riding or bring your favorite yard games as there is an acre of property to play all of your favorites. Sunsets are amazing from the deck and enjoying a glass of wine while sitting around the gas fire pit is a wonderful way to end the day.  Papa`s Paradise is a family home and has had many multi-generational memories made here. You`ll feel like you`ve taken a step back in time but with all the comforts you need.   The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the dining area and living room. Several sets of patio doors lead to the deck from the dining room and living room and provide an amazing view of the lake. The living room has cathedral ceilings and an open stair case to the upstairs, as well as plenty of seating space and the pool table for a good game of pool--with a ping pong table top if you prefer. There is quite an extensive library of books throughout the house for reading on a rainy day, as well as many board games and dvds for entertainment.  The main floor has an additional sitting room tucked away to one side of the house, with a gas fireplace, and just in back of this sitting area is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bath with a tub/shower  On the other end of the house, off of the main living room, is the Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached full bath with walk-in shower.  Upstairs is a large bedroom/family room with a Queen-size bed and a King size bed. The large walk-in closet, which is connected to the bedroom, has been turned into a small bedroom of it's own and has a Double bed. There is an attached full bath with a shower off of the large upstairs bedroom. This bathroom can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom area.  The clear view to the west, from the house and deck, gives you the perfect place to catch the sunset. Several kayaks, a canoe, and paddle boat are provided for you so that you can get around on this peaceful lake. This home is conveniently located near many wineries and breweries. House offers on-site free parking for up to 6 cars, patio seating for up to 10, and a backyard for yard games. The space The Bishop & DeSanto in has a spacious gathering area on the main level with a foyer, full eat-in kitchen, half bath, Sun room with backyard access, library, full dining room, and sitting room. We have four bedrooms. Two rooms with one full size bed in each, one room with a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full size bed, and one room with a twin bed and twin trundle bed. We do also have a washer and dryer located in the basement for renter’s use. Guest access Some utility closets are locked for storage, but anything accessible you are welcome to. Other things to note • At present, there is not a dishwasher in the kitchen, so guests must hand wash their dishes. • Guests that plan on swimming in the lake should bring their own water shoes as the lake bed has many zebra mussels that can cut your feet. • In 2021 we installed a state of the art, whole house water filtration and UV sterilization system, and we regularly have our tap water (which is pumped in from the lake) tested for potability— it remains pathogen free, so we drink it. • Four beds in three bedrooms sleep up to six people comfortably. There is also a small twin daybed in the primary bedroom, and a sofa in the TV room. • The north side of our boat dock has two mooring pilings so renters can securely dock their owned or rented motor boats with a 4-point tie off system. • In 2022 we replaced the old window coverings with lovely room darkening shades, so light-sensitive sleepers can catch some Zs at any time of day or night.

We just added a hot tub so make sure to bring your bathing suit! This gorgeous home sits on a cove with stunning views of the lake and sunrise. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony. Enjoy a meal on the covered deck. Play cornhole in the yard, go fishing on the dock or take the kayaks out for a ride. At the end of the day, make s’mores around the fire pit. In colder months, curl up inside with a book, watch a movie in the cozy den or play darts and ping pong in the garage! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we do NOT provide sheets and towels. Our house is on a septic system and unable to wash and dry linens for so many beds fast enough to keep up with rentals. We DO provide blankets, pillows and comforters, as well as other essentials for the kitchen and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). You can easily rent linens from Connect-a-Service on the lake so the beds are prepared for you when you arrive. We include that rental form in our messages once you've booked with us.

This lovely property has over 300 feet of lake frontage and is the perfect private getaway for everyone! No stairs to the lake, loads of parking, a permanent dock, fire pit and tons of outdoor space. The house has 2 downstairs bedrooms, a full bath and a half bath. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath along with a covered outside porch. All bedrooms have a view of the lake and access to an outside space. This amazing property is great for a family week at the lake or a couples weekend. The space There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One has a king size bed and the other 2 double beds. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two have queen size beds and the third has 2 twin beds. We also provide all bed linens and bath towels for your stay. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. There is a full bath and a half bath on the first floor and a full bath on the upstairs floor. There are plenty of Adirondack chairs on the dock and around the fire pit. We also have two picnic tables with benches and lots of porch furniture on all porches.
