We have a screened in front porch and a spacious, fenced in back yard with a fire pit and grill. We’re centrally located by Cape May and Wildwood and surrounded by great food and tons of family-friendly activities. The backyard backs up to a nature preserve for added privacy. The home was renovated and refreshed and added to airbnb in May '24. This house is a great place to relax, bbq and take a short walk to put your feet in the sand! Cape May and Wildwood beaches and amusements just a short 15 minute drive from this house! The space This house is walking distance from the bay! Come relax and enjoy your beach vacation. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. There is a dresser, 2 closets and a 32 inch tv. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, dresser, closet and 32 inch tv. The third bedroom has a set of twin over twin bunk beds. It also has a small dresser and 32 inch tv. The bathroom has a washer and dryer located in the closet. We provide towels and linen. The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, dishes and other cooking utensils for use. A microwave and toaster are available also. We have a kitchen table that seats 4 people as well as 4 counter height stools. Our living room features a sectional sofa and 55 inch tv with cable. Cable is available on all TVs. The space The house features a spacious living room with 65 inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and one main bathroom. There are three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed. Both of these rooms include desks with chairs, ideal for work or study. The third, smaller bedroom has two twin trundle beds; please note that the door must be closed to fully extend the lower trundle bed. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. All living room windows are tented with solar film and has curtains for privacy and reduce sun exposure while maintaining the views. Backyard : Seating area , extendable dining table with 6 chairs . Hammock. Outdoor games. Tiki fire pit. BBQ. 1 big kid bike. Guest access All the space is accessible. Other things to note All bedrooms have blackouts curtains, living room has windows curtains for privacy. Beach Supplies: We have beach umbrella, beach wagon , 4 beach chairs and 2 portable beach mats with back support. Also kids beach toys. We provide the bed sheets, covers and pillows. At Cape May, it’s customary for guests to bring their own towels, so we don’t normally provide them. However, if you need towels, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange them for you. You also have the option to rent towels from Linen Ladies if you prefer. Backyard Maintenance: The lawn is mowed every other Sunday morning to keep the yard clean and enjoyable. If the timing overlaps with your plans, we’re happy to try to reschedule during your stay. Backyard Mosquito Treatment To help prevent bites, the backyard is also treated for mosquitoes and ticks every two weeks. Guests will always be notified in advance before the service. Compact washer and dryer combo, suited for small loads rather than full laundry baskets. Trash: For the trash during your stay: There are two trash containers outside the house: 	•	Blue bin: For recycling only (please crush recyclables before placing them inside to save space). 	•	Black bin: For all other trash. Trash pickup is on Monday. A service will move the bins to the curb on Sunday evening and return them to the side of the house after collection to keep the property tidy. We are located in a little residential town within a 10 to 15 minute drive to Cape May proper, Wildwood or Stone Harbor. Our beautifully decorated, cozy cottage has three bedrooms that fits up to seven guests, and one bathroom. We also have a brand new outside shower that is perfect for washing off after an afternoon at the ocean or adjoining bay, We are a dog friendly property that adores being able to accommodate our families with doggie family members. Our property has a fully enclosed privacy fence in the backyard, and a fenced in front yard as well. Dogs are welcome on the Cape May beautiful bay (please keep them leashed when off property). Our peaceful cottage has a smart TV in the main living room, and super high speed Internet that’s perfect for working remotely. There is a beautiful screened in porch, that’s charming and cozy after a long day exploring. We feel that many of our guests may be content to explore by riding bikes around our cute little waterfront neighborhood on the bay, and cozy up by the fireplace with the family after dinner. Or perhaps take your four-legged canine family member for a nice walk on the bay? So many options! Our home is cozy, romantic, beautifully appointed, and perfect for families and couples (NO parties, please). We hope you love it and will return year after year! Kindly just rinse off with the outside hose and return for the next guests that will be staying with us. There is a shared shed that is always accessible to our guests. Other things to note Please know that we are only a couple houses from the bay, however, the Delaware Bank is slightly different than the ocean. Although perfect for fishing, kayaking, floating around with a float, kids playing in the sand and walking dogs that love to fetch and swim, it’s definitely not as amenable to swimming as the nearby ocean. Tides can be low, making the bay go farther out at certain times of day. We would definitely recommend if choosing to do anything in terms of the water on the bay, you download a “tide app” for the Cape May area. Trust us, just the gorgeous sunsets that put on a show nightly, will bring you back year after year.
