Welcome to our desert oasis. Our newest vacation home on 13th fairway of the Poston Butte golf course. This Del Webb Sun City Anthem community at Merrill Ranch, Florence Arizona. Just one-hour south Phoenix. The space This 55+ golf community has something for everyone. (At least 1 guest must be over age of 55 & minimum 30-day rental). There is golfing, tennis, pickle ball, swimming, indoor track, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools and so much more. We also have access to the adjacent Parkside Family Community center which also has a pool, climbing wall, playground and so much more for kids. Renters (one must be 55+) may use all the amenities at the Union Center for a one time fee ($25 for the entire stay), and for visiting children, you have access to all the amenities at the Parkside facility. Plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. (Guest adults over age of 19 can use the Union Center with the accompany renter for a fee) Our two-bedroom, 2 bath home located on the 13th fairway. The home will sleep 4. Like all of our rentals it is completely furnished with everything you would ever need. Cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, fully stocked kitchen and new furnishings. Even a “Sleep Number” bed in the master which is a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size beds. Our home is situated just right, with the back facing to the NW, with large trees which block any hot afternoon sun, so it makes for very comfortable sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by. On the patio, we have all new patio furniture, along with a TV, ceiling fan and a patio heater, (yes it can get chilly at night in the winter). Access to excellent recreation facilities (pools, pickleball, golf, gym, center w/fitness classes, activities, restaurant). Resort style living 1 hour southeast of metro Phoenix still rural, but with essential services nearby. Home has hot tub (available 10/1), BBQ, bicycles, and AZ hiking trails within fairly close driving distance. Available now, minimum 30-day rental, through 12/31/25. Then 4/1/26-12/31/26. The space Master bedroom has king bed, two comfortable chairs, golf course view, large master bath and closet. Guest room has queen murphy bed, two comfortable chairs, and full guest bath close by. Den has wide sleeper chair that opens out to single bed, and desk. House located on Poston Butte first fairway. Garage has room for one car, and two bicycles available for use. House is 4 years old, in excellent condition and is on a quiet street location. Front patio has 2 patio chairs and firepit. Back patio has patio seating for six and fire pit, with incredible sunset views. Guest access The recreation center/union center has passes available one-time cost $25 for 2 people with 30 day minimum stay. Must be 55 or over to use. Other things to note We hope to rent it for 3 months, October 1 through December 31, but monthly rental available. Rental price discounted for May through September months. We are flexible.

A little out of the way, not too much. Located between Phoenix and Tucson. A cozy studio apartment with a boho feel. A fully stocked kitchen awaits our guests. Sanitized for your peace of mind. A perfect and convenient getaway surrounded by our beautiful desert. The space Close to hiking and off road trails. But still only 1 hour away from Phoenix and Tucson. Guest access Our 2 studios are in a building separate from the main house. So they are private and quiet. Other things to note ALL linens are laundered in between guests. This includes comforter, blankets and inner shower curtain. All countertops and high touch areas are wiped down with disinfecting wipes. The tub is also wiped down with disinfecting wipes. Then sprayed with Microban. We offer the convenience of a self check-in with a lock box right next to the front door.
