Home has lots of space, big island in kitchen and dining room table, three televisions with cable, as well as washer and dryer. The space Large first floor master with connecting master bathroom with shower and tub as well as large closet. Second and third bedrooms on first floor along with full bathroom. Upstairs has bedroom four and five, full bathroom and game area with foosball and tv. Our home is the second house from entrance to Tigertail Beach!! Private home with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms and is on the inland water/canal. Complete with own private solar heated pool along with a brand new pier with water access to canal which leads to the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for fishing! Bring your own boat and tie up behind the house! Enjoy a less than 5 minute walk to Tigertail Beach amenities that include bathrooms, playground and cafe and access to the beach/lagoon area. It is another 15 - 20 minute walk to the open beach area of the Gulf of Mexico, with Residents Beach just to the south, along with the rest of Marco Island condos and hotels. Second and third bedrooms on first floor. Upstairs has fourth and fifth bedrooms, full bathroom and game area with foosball and tv. Large pool just steps away in an enclosed lanai. Enjoy the water in the hammock under the tiki hut. Back view is very private overlooking canal. We provide bath towels for 12, along with lots of beach towels. We also have six beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, umbrella, blanket and cooler available for your use. We provide initial set of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tablets. We have a larger Kuerig coffee maker as well as traditional coffee makers so you can brew your own cup! Parking available for up to two or three vehicles in the driveway only, not blocking the sidewalk. There is not parking available on the street. Please note, there is to be no large group gatherings of more than the occupancy of the house, which is 12 people. If there are more than 12 people, your stay will be terminated immediately and will incur additional fees. Spacious 5 Bedroom (two are Master Bedroom Suites) 4 Bath Waterfront Pool- all new and remodeled inside in 2018 - home meticulously maintained and decorated with a Coastal flair! Kick back and enjoy the Island life! The space We have a unique tri-level home that we are told was designed and built by the Mackle brothers. There is a large great room area with a living room and dining room the overlook the pool and a raised area that has a kitchen and eat in area. This whole great room area has large ceilings and over looks the pool. That main level has two bedrooms and one hall bath on the left side and on the right side, it has a main bedroom and main bathroom that open to the deck around the pool. The lower level has a family/game room and 1/2 bath and the upstairs has a small bedroom, a second main suite with a bathroom. Guest access You have access to the whole house! There is a driveway for parking of two cars. Any use of said pool(s), water area/canal or dock shall be at the sole risk of the user, the responsible adult supervising the user, and the Guest. 2. Guest is responsible for and shall indemnify the Owner and Owner’s agents and hold them harmless from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, damages, losses or injuries sustained by any person including Guest, Guest’s family, agents, guests or invitees as a result of or arising from the Guest’s subject occupancy and tenancy, including, but in no way limited to claims arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, spa-pool, water area/canal or dock, which are part of the rental premises. Just a mile away from the Marco Island public beach so you just walk or bike there, and very close to nice restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. This multi-million 3,200 square foot waterfront home offers all the amenities for a dream vacation. It sleeps 13 people. The space has an organic modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. You can enjoy your drink from the pool with an incredibly wide water canal view. Bedrooms The Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, its own tv and its own full bath and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a glass walk-in shower, a spa style tub, and his/her sinks. Guests can access pool deck through sliding door. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a desk if you need to work remotely. The third bedroom also has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 full bunkbeds, and a twin bed and has plenty of board games for the kids. The fifth room has a full-size bed. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for a perfect family dinner! You will find cookpots and pans, 2 types of coffee maker (Filter and Keurig), a microwave, toasters, a blender, an air fryer, a crockpot, a rice cooker, a French press, and plenty of other new appliances. The family can enjoy a nice meal in the modern dining area that fits 6 people or the wooden table that fits 4 people and the outdoor glass table that fits 4 more. Therefore, we accommodate for 14 people total. Living Room The living room has a new large comfortable sectional that will accommodate for all the family if they want to hang out, have a game night or watch some Netflix or Peacock on the large 75-inch TV while enjoying the pool and canal views at the same time. Patio and Game Room The glass covered patio overlooks the canal and has a small dining table. It also has a 4 in 1 game table that features four different games (Air powered hockey, table tennis, billiards, and launch football). It is one of guests’ favorite thing about this Airbnb. The game room also has an exercise bike if you want to get a quick workout on vacation with an amazing view. Bathroom The first bathroom has a standing shower as well as a tub shower. The second bathroom is a spa-like bath that features a walk-in marble shower and a soaking tub, as well as double vanity. The third bathroom is an outdoor one by the pool and has an outdoor shower you can use after you are done swimming. RULES -	No Parties and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. -	Only 5 Cars allowed to park on the property. -	Max guest number: 14 - It is unlawful for a sexual offender or a sexual predator to occupy this property. Other things to note Noise The number 1 complaint in Marco Island about rental homes is noise. No parties or outdoor noise from 9 pm to 8 am. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors. If you are too loud and the police comes, you will be receiving a fine. The city fines range from $250 to $5,000. Only 14 guests allowed at the house. Vehicles & Parking The number 2 complaint in Marco about rental homes is parking. One vehicle per bedroom allowed on property. So you can only have 5 vehicles properly parked (2 inside and 3 on the driveway). If you have more, you will pay $50/vehicle and we can tow them away. Do not park overnight in the between sidewalk and street, or park to vehicle on the sidewalk. Occupancy & # of People The number 3 complaint in Marco about rental homes is overcrowding. The maximum number of people who can stay is 13 people. Trash Please take the big trash bins outside on Sunday night and Wednesday night and leave them by the end of the driveway anytime after 6pm. The garbage truck comes by every Thursday morning and Monday morning to collect the trash. Please bring them back no later than 6pm that day.

Marco Island has 5 miles of beach, and I enjoy them daily, rain or shine. I recommend parking at South Beach or Tigertail and exploring from there — we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for your trips down. Kids love the sunset fire baton performance on the beach in front of the Marriott; park at the corner of Winterberry and Collier and walk north, or take the boardwalk across from that corner. We also love getting out on the water — renting a boat or booking a fishing or shelling excursion. Wave runner tours through the backwaters are a favorite for first-time visitors. We cook and grill at home more than we eat out, but Snook Inn and Crystal Shores are our go-tos for lunch, and Deep Sea Lagoon for dinner. The island has over 100 restaurants and a few good ice cream spots if you want to explore further. No trip is complete without the Everglades. A short drive down Rt. 41 gets you to airboat tours with alligator shows, sanctuaries with museums, and Shark Valley for an up-close look at alligators along the way.

The space Welcome to our 2,588 SF home, a place to enjoy the sun, water, pool, boat, fishing or simply relax. Newly furnished inside, remodeled kitchen, and carefully decorated to make you feel at home. 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths sleeps about 10 guest. Master bedroom #1 with king size bed, closet and maser bath and beautiful view to pool and water, 2nd master bedroom with two queen size beds and its own bathroom. or there is a 3rd full bathroom right outside master bedroom in the pool deck, perfect for showers when wet from pool or beach. 3rd and 4th room each have a queen size bed. These 2 rooms also share a bathroom, Plenty of closet space through the house. Living room has the most comfortable sofa that can also accommodate about 2 guest comfortable. There a smart TV's in Living room with plenty of channels to watch. Each room has TV with Direct Tv. Dinning room is equipped for 6 people but can accommodate more and extra chairs are available. Kitchen area with breakfast table looking outside has been fully remodeled with brand new stainless steel appliances. Outside in covered terrace area is a sitting area with patio furniture and well as a high table with 4 chairs, Also outside kitchen. The pool area with lounge chairs and BBQ. which guest can use. We don't supply the gas or cleaning of BBQ. We ask that each guest is responsible for this. Then comes the dock where you can keep a boat as big as 32 feet long, fish from dock or simply sit and watch sunset or a dolphin family swim by or manatees. Guest access You will have access to all rooms on the property including Garage where we keep our personal things. Please do not remove anything from the house that you did not bring. You may use chairs, tables, bikes, games. We ask that you are considerate and take good care of everything in the house. Other things to note One of the best rated beaches is Tiger Tail beach which is not far. We have another beach that is for residents only or you can get a permit with city if staying longer than a week, you can ride your bike to it. By boat, there are many sandbars within 20 min. Welcome to this newly updated waterfront 5 BR 2.5 Bath house located in one of the best locations in the island. The white sand beach is only a mile away. The house sleeps 12 people, with 3 king, 3 full and 1 twin beds. The space has a modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. French doors lead to an amazing heated pool and jacuzzi with a canal view. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 dining areas. Patio has a 4 in 1 game table (hockey, billiard, tennis and football). Other things to note Noise The number 1 complaint in Marco Island about rental homes is noise. No parties or outdoor noise from 9 pm to 8 am. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors. If you are too loud and the police comes, you will be receiving a fine. The city fines range from $250 to $5,000. Only 14 guests allowed at the house. Vehicles & Parking The number 2 complaint in Marco about rental homes is parking. One vehicle per bedroom allowed on property. So you can only have 5 vehicles properly parked (2 inside and 3 on the driveway). If you have more, you will pay $50/vehicle and we can tow them away. Do not park overnight in the between sidewalk and street, or park to vehicle on the sidewalk. Occupancy & # of People The number 3 complaint in Marco about rental homes is overcrowding. The maximum number of people who can stay is 13 people. Trash Please take the big trash bins outside on Sunday night and Wednesday night and leave them by the end of the driveway anytime after 6pm. The garbage truck comes by every Thursday morning and Monday morning to collect the trash. Please bring them back no later than 6pm that day.
