This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells. The space Our two story farmhouse is just minutes from Swain Ski Resort, Letchworth State Park, Alfred University, Corning Glass, Hornell, and the Finger Lakes Trail (which is accessible at the top of our road). The farmhouse offers peace and quiet in a serene setting, you can see deer, birds, and plenty of other wildlife. Its a beautiful spot to look at stars at night (far from light and all other kinds of pollution). There is a small stream down the road and nearby fishing holes. The water does contain sulfur, which makes it smell like eggs. It is good for your hair and skin. We provide drinking water in a 5 gallon water cooler. You may see an occasional fly, ladybug, or wasp depending on the season. An exterminator is hired to spray for fly’s usually in August or September. No pets allowed due to allergy’s of future guests. This is a very old farmhouse with imperfections. Guest access The first floor which includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, a common space with two twin beds, a second bathroom and large closet are on the second floor. The first bedroom to the left as you come up the stairs has outlets that don’t work. A fan and pole light is accessible by plugging them in around the corner in the open area. The downstairs bedroom is not entirely private as you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the stairs. Other things to note Kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, & microwave. Coffee & tea are available. Outside campfire area. Weber grill with charcoal available. A 5 gallon water cooler supplies drinking water & has both hot and cold choices. All beds have protective mattress covers.

The Lower Falls are smaller, and the ones that can be seen from the cabin. To access both falls, you will need to use the spiral/wooden stairs -a total of 85 steps! Please use caution when going these stairs. There are hiking trails on the 20A property. The most popular trail is the one that follows the creek. It has a great look-out spot with a view down across the creek. Please stay on marked trails. Other things to note The driveway is fairly steep, and an all wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the winter
