This unit sleeps 8 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted immediately. No more than 8 heartbeats in this unit at any given time.  Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.   No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit right in front of the condo. No exceptions to this rule. We do not allow overflow.  Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles. When you arrive please show the security gate your ID & reservation confirmation. They will open the gate so you can enter the resort. Inside the condo you will find two black lanyards that will have the proximity cards for the gate inside them. Those cards will allow you to enter the resort. Hold the card up to the keypad at the gate. The gate will open. It is the guests responsibility to keep up with those two cards & lanyards for their stay. If either card or either lanyard is lost or damaged during the stay or upon checkout inspection it will be up to the guest to pay to replace them. The cards are $25.00 each. The lanyards are $10.00 each. It's the guests responsibility to leave both cards & lanyards inside the condo when they checkout.  No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.  There is a golfcart parked in one of the parking spaces in front of the unit. The second vehicle is able to park right behind it. This golf cart is for the owners personal use & is not included with the rental.   No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees & will be charged a $300.00 fine.  Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. Please be respectful to the next guests & our cleaners & checkout on time.  Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow/guarantee early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.  Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.  Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door & back patio that records audio & video. Do not tamper or cover the cameras. If you cover or tamper with the cameras - you will be evicted immediately & no refunds will be given.   This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $300.00 violation fee/additional cleaning fee. ESA Animals & Service Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking so we can make note on the reservation.   Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.  This property no longer offers a grill.   Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.  One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.  We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. This goes for TVS as well.  The cleaning fee stated in our booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a stay between 28-90 days we will request an additional $195.00 cleaning fee through the Airbnb app. By booking guests agree to pay this fee 1 week prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app along with the $300.00 security deposit. Access to property will not be given until that fee is paid in full. If that fee is not fully paid 7 days prior to check in, the reservation will be forfeited without any refund to guest.   By booking, Guest agrees to pay directly to management company an additional $300.00 security deposit no later than one week prior to the arrival date. This fee will be requested 7days prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app. Access to property will not be given until deposit is paid in full.
