After almost 20 years of being owned and cared for by the same couple, Bear Paw Lodge is for sale!  Take advantage of this rare opportunity to own a beautifully maintained property, to take over a long-standing 5-star business, and to have three unique and easily rentable living spaces in addition to huge amounts of personal storage space. The main building is a log structure that was built over a period of 10 years, with the logs all cut locally and hand-peeled. The upper apartment has its own covered entry and private stairwell.  It’s a small apartment that provides a living space akin to that of a boat.  Every inch is utilized and maximized, and it boasts a queen bed, ¾ bathroom with tile shower, full kitchen with under-cabinet fridge, dining nook, and living area.  It shares the downstairs laundry room with the lower cabin.  

Access for the lower cabin is from the attached covered deck facing the yard.  This deck currently fits a grill, dining table, and an outdoor couch with gas fire pit!  This portion of the home was built out in 2017 (this used to be a garage) and has a large modern kitchen with bright picture windows.  This is the heart of the space and is ideal for fun gatherings and delicious meals.  In an open and modern layout, the large room flows from the kitchen to the living area and dining area.  A rolling barn door separates this living space from the bedroom / bathroom / office area in the back.  The ¾ bath has a double vanity, tile shower, and linen closet.  There is storage under the bed and a closet in the bedroom.  The bedroom has blackout blinds.

When the owners built out the cabin space with the apartment above, they were very mindful of creating successful sound-proofing between the two adjacent units.
