The Family room, guest room and bath are in one direction and the Living room and Master bedroom in the other. The kitchen is shared. This layout allows the guest to feel as though they have a suite to his/her self. My brother Ariel resides in the house full time. Guest access Guest have shared access to the Laundry room which is accessed through the kitchen. The garage is not for guest access. Guest enter the home through the Living room but, I ask that guest not use it. Guest have exclusive access to the family room (Small Living room). During your stay Ariel is very social and friendly. He will serve as your host when he is not away on business. Other things to note When Ariel is home, he will be the only other person in the home. Occasionally, other family members may visit and occupy one of the spare rooms, however, the guest bath will remain solely for guest use. The Airbnb account holder must be the guest.
