Located only 8 blocks from dwntn Nevada City, it is a visual picnic of colorful gardens, expansive green lawns, and a large pool: all seasonal. This Home offers an unusual sense of privacy. A dining room fireplace (seating for 12), a fully stocked kitchen, wood stove & shabby chic decor are touches that will make for a very comfortable stay. An older cared-for home with plenty of space, 6 bdrms 7 beds. The pool: not heated The space This is a very large, older home, tastefully decorated in what is called Shabby Chic. The description I hear consistently from those who gather here is: Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, Cozy, Peaceful! The kitchen is well stocked, the dining room lends to intimate meals in a defined room with a fireplace. There is both forced Air heat and a wood stove. Although the bedrooms are generally small, they are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and down comforters. All look out to a very private landscaped acre of lawns, flower beds, and a pool, all seasonal. There is 1 room in the house, off the Living Room, dedicated to children's play. Guest access The sandbox and outbuildings are unavailable. Please do not uncover the sandbox. Ping pong table/basketball hoop/ Climbing structure/ Pool toys/swim vests/ outside adult and child toys are available Only the guests in the Airbnb group are allowed on the property or to use the pool. Everyone under 16 years old needs to be in the pool area with an adult. No exceptions, please. The space The master (king bed) has a heated bathroom floor along with a bidet. Outside on the deck you overlook Robinson plaza. The 4 remaining bedrooms have queen beds and mini fridges. Two of these rooms are within ear range of the waterfall, a great way to fall asleep in the summer months with the window open. The spa deck is rad beyond belief! The historic, fully-equipped, Italianate Victorian was built in 1883 and features high ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings, a large, well stocked kitchen, and ample off-street parking. There is also a large back patio with outdoor eating area, new gas BBQ and an expansive lawn. Note: While we welcome kids, this is home is not child proofed The space The property offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The two-story Main House has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs + 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs) There is also a detached Guest Room with its own ensuite bathroom. (Please note: The detached Guest Room will only be included for groups of 6 or more at an additional fee.) The home also has a large cooks’ kitchen with central island, stainless steel appliances: Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador gas cooktop and new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The large dining room table can seat up to 10 comfortably. There is high-speed WIFI and a large, flat screen, Smart HDTV in the sunroom with Xfinity Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc... Houses are next to each other & share a backyard The space Each house is very unique- The Residence is a moody modern Victorian and the Carriage Haus is bohemian styled inspired by our travels. Both are very comfortable and inviting. Each house has a cozy natural gas fireplace to curl up next to during those cool evenings! The Residence (main house) has a beautiful chef's kitchen! The dining room and living room are one open room and are great to hang out in as a large group! Both houses have a/c for those hot summer nights. They also have heat for those cool winter nights. The houses both have steep stairs (Victorian houses, amirite? ;) The Residence (3 bedroom) has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor for anyone with mobility issues. SNOW STORMS/ELECTRICY: Time to time we get hit with snow storms up here as we are at 3,000 ft elevation. We also have times where the electricity goes out during a storm or randomly (even in the absence of a storm. ) We have a generator that will kick in automatically. There will be NO refund provided should this occur during your stay. We do advise four wheel drive with possible chains in case of heavy snow storms. We do not offer snow plowing at this time. If you arrive in a snow storm or are staying during a snow storm, please be mindful of your and your guests saftey. With snow comes slippery surfaces, please exercise caution with snow and sleet. We are NOT responsible for any damages to you, your guests or your property due to snow or falling debris or falling/fallen trees. FIRE SAFTEY/EVACUATION/AIR QUALITY: Since we are in the woods, PG&E can shut off power without notice. Evacuations may also happen. Poor air quality can also occur. NO refunds will be issued in case of voluntary evacuations. If our personal property address is listed as a Mandatory Evacuation, guest will be provided refund per Airbnb guidelines. For any voluntary evacuations, poor air quality, fires near by- No refunds will be provided. QUIET TIME: Although our neighbors are at a distance, we ask that you please respect their privacy and peace. Quiet time begins at 9pm. Excessive noise is not allowed. Our neighbors are retired community members who deserve a quiet & peaceful space. We ask that you please respect this. We have regular pest maintenance performed by our pest crew and if there is any issue, they are available 24 hours if you have any questions or any needs. We take extra measures to offer Microban 24 spray and extra cleaning time for you. Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations due to COVID. EXTRA FEES: We take special care to provide our amazing guests with Fluffy towels, blankets, high thread count sheets and other premium linens. Recently, our housekeeping team has noticed many linens to have gone missing and we have had to replenish our stock many times. Our Housekeeping team now keeps STRICT linen counts in efforts to reduce extra expenses for our small family business. Nevada City Farmhouse

This peaceful home is surrounded by gardens and pine trees, with a backyard trail that connects to hiking paths, a dog park, and frisbee golf courses. It’s walking distance from downtown restaurants and a grocery store—just note the hill on the way back. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with cookware and enough dishes to serve a large group. The open floor plan offers great lighting and plenty of natural light, creating an inviting space to gather and relax. The space The three big bedrooms have king sized beds of different firmnesses. We use cotton, hemp, or linen bedding and have plenty of pillows. In the colorful room in the back you can find a spare twin mattress with sheets in the closet for extra sleeping space. You can move the mattress to wherever you feel comfortable and leave it when you go. The back room includes a queen-size bed and a comfortable full-size daybed covered with pillows and blankets, creating a cozy reading area. Large windows fill the room with natural light, and there is also a washer and dryer and a large 4K TV. Please note that this room is not connected to the central air conditioning, so it can get warm during the summer. It also does not have direct bathroom access. Guests can reach a bathroom by walking through the adjoining bedroom or by using the room’s private exterior door and walking around to the front bathroom. There are many shared and private spaces to work around the house. We have a full desk with a printer available. Outside you will find two separate garden spaces with tables, umbrellas, and chairs where you can relax in relative quiet surroundings. There are two BBQ grills, one is gas and one charcoal. The house is up a set of stairs, the only way to walk in on the ground floor without stairs is to walk up a short, steep side driveway. It’s all about the details for us, if you explore the cabinets and drawers you will find all kinds of activities, ideas, art, or things to do. Guest access You’ll have full access to the upstairs home, which includes all living spaces except for two small hallway closets that are used for storage. The main house sits above a completely separate downstairs apartment that is rented out independently. While it may look like the two homes are connected internally via a staircase, the interior access is securely blocked with two locked doors—there is no shared entry, and each space has its own private exterior entrance. Privacy is important to us, and most guests find the separation comfortable. However, like many multi-unit homes, some sound can travel between floors. If noise is excessive, it may be heard between units—particularly in the dining room area where acoustics carry the most. That said, the back bedrooms are very quiet and do not share noise at all with the lower apartment, making them an ideal retreat for rest and relaxation. We aim to create a respectful environment for everyone staying on the property, and appreciate guests being mindful of sound in shared structural spaces. Other things to note Service animals are always welcome, but we do ask that they accompany you whenever you leave the house—please do not leave animals unattended. If we find excessive pet hair on couches or bedding, an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the time required for cleanup.

Our home is a preserved 1970s A-frame nestled in the woods, maintaining its retro charm from the family who lovingly built and cared for it. Now with a cutting edge Massage Chair & Wood Fired Sauna Tent. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located just 6 minutes from downtown Nevada City, and 10 minutes from Grass Valley. It’s a short 15-25 minute drive to various Yuba River swimming spots, and a short distance to snow, an hour to Tahoe, or 40 min to Nyack a kid-friendly sledding park off I-80. The space The house sits on 4.5 acres with nearby local trails. It features a basketball court and two decks perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing inside, there are two living rooms, two bathrooms, an office, and a garage. The house is fully carpeted, with shag carpeting throughout much of the space, adding to its retro charm. The downstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a makeup mirror, and AC. It also features a spacious closet with a window, where bunk beds can either store luggage or sleep two kids. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. The largest bedroom faces north and includes a king-size bed, its own AC, and a spacious closet. The next bedroom faces south and has two twin beds. The smallest bedroom features a private porch (not safe for children) and an extra firm full-size futon bed. Guest access Guests have full use of the house and the grounds right around the house. There are cold plunge tanks I flush out with cold garden hose water for cooling off in the summer heat. During the rain season there is a wood fired Sauna Tent, but this isn't available during the dry summer season. The basketball court right off the back porch has a timeless feel. and the laundry machines are in the basement where there is a third bathroom. Don't touch the tools in the basement without permission. Other things to note There is no gate, so keep dogs on a leash when outside. You may close the gate on the deck to contain dogs. Although the property is quite wooded and tranquil we are close to the highway and you can hear the highway while on the deck. The property has access to miles of hiking and biking trails, alongside the open canals of the Nevada Irrigation District. The coffee maker is drip as well as French press.

This historical landmark is an original 49er Carpenter Gothic-style home built in 1866 by Benjamin Franklin Taylor. The completely restored home offers guests the unique history and small-town charm of Grass Valley. Located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you will be able to explore the wealthiest and most famous gold-mining dist The space The Ben Taylor Home is a one-and-a-half-acre park-like setting with three year-round running natural springs, huge old black walnut trees, a large elm tree, old fruit trees, cedar trees, redwood trees, pine trees and maple trees. It includes a pond, and redwood bridges crossing the brooks. The City of Grass Valley designated this home a "Class A" historic property. They have an eighty-page document specifying how the property is to be maintained and managed, including what plants for landscaping. Guest access There are Wifi enabled combination locks on the kitchen and laundry doors. You will be emailed the combination code with instructions prior to your arrival. The combination will open the locks at 3 pm, the check-in time on the date of your arrival and will no longer work after the 10 am check-out time on your departure date. Other things to note The Edy’s logo on the wall, bench, side table, and booth are some of the original furnishings of the Dreyer’s/Edy’s Ice Cream shop. In 1928 William Dreyer and candy maker Joseph Edy opened an ice cream shop together in Oakland, California. When the shop was remodeled, Jerry and Mary Ann loved the idea of introducing historical treasures to their Ben Taylor home. They bought the logo, booth, small sideboard in the kitchen, and the long bench in the B.F. Taylor Pub. These pieces are all furnishings from the original Edy’s ice cream shop. Note the hand-carved wood detailing on each piece. The B.F. Taylor Pub is a stone room, a step down from the central sitting room and current kitchen. It was the original kitchen of the main house. It was built with stone walls so that any fires in the kitchen would not burn the main house. The Chief Mate's room is a reproduction of a ship captain’s room. The room includes brass ship portholes, a bosun's whistle, ship gages, a ship lantern, and a miniature British gunship. All these items were passed down from the Taylor family relatives. Mary Ann and Gerald White were the previous owners and responsible for the renovations of the home. Mary Ann (Barker) White convinced her husband, Gerald upon his retirement as an art teacher in Modesto to move to Grass Valley. Together they would take on a project that seemed unending. Paul’s love for ships prompted him to design and build this remarkable Chief Mate’s room. The picture of the ship at sea was painted by him and left as an original piece for the room. Ben Taylor traveled by ship back to New Orleans, then up to Kansas City to buy his first cattle herd which he drove over land out to his Buena Vista Ranch in Grass Valley. Having this room in the home is reminiscent of the journey taken from San Francisco to Panama where he nearly died from measles. Still weak, he was carried “on a hammock” across the isthmus, boarded another ship for Havana, traded gold dust for coin in New Orleans, then steamed up the Mississippi River to St. Louis. Taylor crossed the Great Plains twice more, bringing 800 cattle and horses for the 300-acre Buena Vista Ranch and store he and partners established in the Peardale-Chicago Park area between Grass Valley and Colfax. The Spring Room or Milk Room is the small, shed right outside the kitchen where milk from the dairy cows was cooled down before being delivered to town. Milk right out of the cow is warm and lasts much longer when cooled. Inside the Milk Room is a round cement spring water catch basin that overflows into a shallow trough. Milk would have been put into milk cans and then placed in the trough to be chilled by the cold natural year-round running spring water. The Music Room is named for its many musical instruments. The piano was used by the mother of a family member's wife. It has been restored and tuned. The accordion belonged to Ursula Smith, a Curlee family friend. Ursula represented Germany in the 1936 Olympics in three events: hurdles, long jump, and triple-jump. She was instrumental, as a German team member, with ensuring that U.S.A. team member, Jesse Owens, was allowed to participate. Ursula said, "We wanted to compete against the very best athletes. And we wanted Jesse Owens to be there." Later she worked as a machinist and played musical instruments throughout her life. The Western saddle in the Music Room immediately appealed to Bob Curlee, who is also a cattle rancher. On close examination, the saddle contains a variety of tools in several saddle bags that are the very same fencing tools used today at Crest Point Farms. The Library was originally the Sitting Room. Sally Knutsen, a Taylor family descendant recalls going into this sitting room as a child and reading books in front of the fireplace. This would have been where Mark Twain would have stood, trading local gossip.

Please refrain from using our neighbors driveways for any reason. The house is not really suitable for small children as we have two lofts with steep ladders and the stairwell to the downstairs is also very steep. We do not provide childproofing materials. Smoking in the house of ANY kind will result in a $500 fine. You will also be charged for any items stolen or broken.

The space This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath single level ranch home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. All have comfy pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms are ample in size. There is a dedicated office space off of the kitchen with a large futon that can accommodate 1-2 for additional sleeping space. The living room is spacious and great for family or friends to share together. There is a fenced backyard area and patios off both the front and back of the home. There is another separate and distinct unit on the property that is occasionally occupied by long term tenant. Guest access Entire home, fenced back yard, front deck, patio. Other things to note General booking requirements include having a verified Airbnb identity and past positive reviews. When traveling in the winter months we recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle and chains. In the event of heavy snow, some vehicles will not make it up the driveway even with chains. We especially enjoy hosting families, young and retired! (We can bring in cribs and other kid-friendly amenities!). We also offer garage parking for 1 car and walkability to historic Nevada City the most scenic walking trail in the area! The space Our home is two stories with 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. It’s a great spot for families and we keep a crib and high chair at the home, in addition to a pack-and-play to make it easier for packing purposes. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and kitchen gadgets. We also have outside seating in case your family wants to enjoy your meal outside :-) There are two seating areas inside, making it possible to cook for and seat 10 people, however we don’t allow events or large gatherings per the local ordinance. We ask that if you are having people over, you limit additional cars, people and noise - see house rules. One car can be parked in the garage, but due to local regulations only 1 car is allowed to be parked outside/in the driveway. In case you’re working remotely- we have fast internet and a nice big desk upstairs. Send your family off in countless day-time activities and you can still get your work done! Our downstairs TV area is spacious and we have Netflix and Roku set up for guest use. Guest access Everything is for guest use except for the owner’s closet (Inside the master bathroom) and the supplies closet in the hallway next to the laundry room. There are also a couple of locked cabinets. But don’t worry there is plenty of space for you!! We’ve cleared out the guest closets to make plenty of space for you! Please don’t use any of the items in the garage (bikes, lawn mower etc) as those belong to the owner. Other things to note As noted in the description, local regulations allow for 1 car per booking. If you have a second car it should be parked inside the garage. We use a phone counting device to enforce our house rules. Welcome to your escape from quarantine life. Our home is set-up with everything a large family (or 2 families) might need to getaway and spend time in nature in beautiful Grass Valley. If you feel like staying in feel free to enjoy the spacious 2,000 square feet to play games, cook, make forts, or do yoga. If you need to work remote there is fiber internet and 2 desks to set-up your laptop. The house sits on 1.1 acres. The space The house is decorated with modern charm but really we like a more cozy feel - you will find an abundance of pillows, mats, poufs, and comfy furniture to relax in all day or unwind after a day or hiking or kayaking in one of the nearby lakes. The home is located on over an acre of forested land, with a peaceful front garden. Feel free to adventure, though beware of thistles, burrs, mountain dust, and the occasional poison oak. Guest access You will have full access to the living area of the house, the basement and garage will remain locked and inaccessible. Other things to note The heater is radiant heat and operates in two zones, bedrooms and living area. It is slow to warm up, heats evenly and gently. However, it doens't blow hot air like most are used to. There are thermostats in the dining room and master bedroom which are alexa enabled. The front yard is fenced from the road, but open to the open space back yard. It is not safe to leave pets or small children outside unattended. There are two smart fire TV's in the house. If you need more than Amazon Prime Video, feel free to bring your own smart TV dongle ( Roku, Apple TV, Fire Stick ) to bring your favorite programming with you. The area is susceptible to occasional power outages from winter storms to Public Safety Power Shutoffs. In the event that the duration is over 24 hours, you may cancel your stay and we will work with Airbnb to refund your remaining reservation. If you elect to stay, we can negotiate a modified rate. There will be no heat, hot water, refrigeration, or cooking appliances available, aside from an outside propane grill.

Locked doors separate the owner from the house during a guests stay. Other things to note Access to the house is from a wrap around porch, with stairs from two sides. The large patio is level with the kitchen and includes a fountain. The City of Nevada City has a strict ordinance regarding parking. Only 2 vehicles are allowed! No parties, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs are allowed anywhere on the property. Because there has been some abuse by previous guests, no additional guests are allowed. Our beautiful, updated home is 1825 sf. We have plenty of flat, level parking for your boat, a fully equipped kitchen and Comcast wi-fi. Enjoy the peaceful backyard and relax on the large deck with your favorite beverage. All security cameras are located outside the home. This is a no parties, no smoking and no pets home. The space We have a 1/2 acre with lots of pine trees and blue sky. Our home has three bedrooms; the main bedroom is downstairs with a king bed; two bedrooms (queen, two twins) and a bathroom are upstairs. For entertainment, we have cable TV in the living room and master, wifi, corn hole and a few games and puzzles and plenty of birds and squirrels to watch in the backyard. For those of you that are a little more adventurous, there are plenty of hiking/biking trails and water sports nearby, as well as, plenty of lizards to chase. In the winter, skiing is less than an hour away at Boreal Ski Resort. Don't forget the shopping in Nevada City- wine, chocolate, antiques, hand crafted treasures, farmer's market, something for everyone. Five minutes from downtown Nevada City and walking distance to the NID or Cascade Trails. The space Our newly updated 3b/2b home has an open floor plan with beautiful high wood beam ceilings, wood shutters, and a gas burning stove. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have views of the pines, spruce, and flowering trees in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary essentials including an espresso maker and popcorn maker to ensure your stay is complete. The upstairs bedroom has its own private deck with a view of the backyard and two adirondack chairs, a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The two additional bedrooms downstairs have a queen bed, desk, TV, and vanity in one and a double and twin bed in the other bedroom. Looking for something to do when you’re not outside? The cupboard in the dining room has many puzzles, board games, books, and even a collection of old movies on DVD (remember those?) in case the internet goes out. For the younger ones, the Harry Potter closet, next to the cupboard, has two large containers with toddler toys and Lego Bionicles. Also a high chair and booster seat, along with vacuum, broom/dustpan, drying rack for wet towels and bathing suits. A porta crib is in upstairs bedroom closet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the entry coat closet and the garage. Other things to note The house has stairs from the front entry into the living area. Just a mile ÷/- from downtown, you feel secluded below a small neighborhood. Overlooking a small slate creek canyon, you can watch the hawks fly around their territory, and the deer and quail in the yard if you are quiet enough. You have a nice view from the house. There is a patio to barbecue and eat dinner outside and listen to the sounds of silence and some nature..just relax or check out one of the many activities our county has to offer. Gated drivway serves only 2 quiet properties. The space country feel with minutes to center of town. very quiet and in nature feel. nice patio with nice view to enjoy. and a barbecue with outdoor dining table. Guest access I have a compound of two properties with a gate. I will leave the gate open during your stay. then you must drive thru the first property to get to your house on second property. the front door will be unlocked. when you enter, there will be a table with A key or two in the bowl you can use to lock the house if you go anywhere. if you need help finding my driveway just text me. regular text sometimes works better than the air bnb app. sometimes my internet is out so you may have to honk your horn to get my attention. the door between house and garage will be locked to you, but if you have a laundry load, I can arrange to open it for you. the tv's have Netflix and rocu and free YouTube. Good vibes abound at this Historic Downtown Grass Valley cottage. The Prospector's Cottage was built during the gold rush but has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel while retaining its historic charm. Have a drink and relax on the amazing front porch overlooking the neighborhood. Walk to the many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes or gather with friends in the bright & open kitchen/dining room. It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well. The space The house was built in 1880, but has a bright, modern, rustic feel throughout. It is about 1379 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are in one larger open space that is great for groups. The kitchen is well appointed for your vacation and family meal prep needs with new Bosch & LG appliances. The stove is a gas 5 burner Bosch range with a convection oven. The microwave and dishwasher are both Bosch. There is also a Weber Genesis propane grill just outside of the kitchen. Many families have used the house for Thanksgiving and other holiday meals. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table, and 4 at the bar in the dining room for a total of 10. There is also seating for 10 at the outdoor dining table just outside of the kitchen. There are nice outdoor gathering areas on the front porch, the back patio and the front patio to enjoy the Sierra Foothill weather. There are also some locked cabinets in the laundry room that are used to store supplies. Other things to note This is a quiet close-knit neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep your dogs on leash when out front or out walking. The front yard is not fenced in. The back and side patios are fully fenced in and suitable for dogs. If your dog is an escape artist (like my Husky mix), then there are a couple of places where they can escape by jumping up on a wall or by getting on the roof of the garage (Yes. A Husky will do such a thing). There is a fountain out front that operates seasonally (it is drained in the winter months).. There is a bit of road noise that comes from Highway 49. It is only noticeable when outside and is more prominent during busy commute times. This is the case with all properties in the downtown Grass Valley area. If you want complete silence, then it might be better to stay further outside of town. The streets around the house are very narrow and the turns are tight. Full size pickups do fit, but RV's or trailers may not make it around some turns and may not be able to navigate to the driveway as a result.

This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion. The space Our beautiful historic Victorian home was build in 1890, it’s very well taken care of and preserved. Gorgeous, bright and spacious main living area with furnished big back porch. Fully equipped kitchen with French door into the front yard with seating areas and blossoming flowers, hummingbirds and butterflies . Beautiful spacious master bedroom with king size bed and tempurpedic mattress is on ground level. Next to it is full bath with shower. Our cozy, yet large lounge is nested in the forest, and just 5 minute from Historic Nevada City. Enjoy the wildlife and calm of the mountain &/or get rowdy in town. Sip your favorite beverage on the porch or go for a hike on the Cascade Trail. Play on the living room swing, or ponder your next adventure under the skylight. Bathe in the outdoor tubs, or swim in the Yuba. This retreat will inspire & enlarge your life, with room for 6+ guests, a full kitchen & 2 full bathrooms. The space The Home is roughly 1100 square feet. The downstairs host, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a large living area. There is a wood-burning stove and many areas for lounging. Part of the downstairs host the Murphy bed sleeping arrangement. This area converts to a room by curtaining it off and has direct access to the downstairs full bathroom. In the winter, lush velvet drapes cover the roll-up garage door. Come spring/summer the roll-up can be opened and has insect netting to cover. When the Murphy bed is up, this makes for a great workout/yoga space. There is a fun swing, which also has TRX style workout band attachments. Halfway up the stairs is a landing, that is great for listening to music, or reading a book. At the top of the stairs there is a loft area with a desk and sectional couch. This couch does not fold out but can be used for sleeping, with bedding provided. We love the skylight for seeing the trees in the daytime and stars at night. While I do get some work done up here, morning coffee or a yoga session real hits the spot in the loft. This area also looks down to the living area as seen in the pictures. From this area, you have access to the guest bedroom and the primary suite, with full bathroom. We have consistent and stable Wi-Fi, Smart TV and decent sound system Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. However, note that there are 2 other tenants (with kids) living in the detached home on the property. Other things to note We stay here, quite often. So, as a result, we leave some beverages, spices, condiments, and some frozen foods in the refrigerator. Help yourself to any of these items.
