Completely renovated in 2018, this 1850’s historic Oceanfront home features 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with custom luxury showers. There are Ocean Views from nearly every room of the house. Relax on the huge wrap around porch while taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Brant Rock Beach is just a 5 minute stroll away! 3 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, and shops. Duxbury Beach is also minutes away, or enjoy the beautiful Rexhame Beach which is 3 miles away! The space Other amenities include WIFI, cable TVs in the living room and two King Sized Bedrooms, an outdoor grill on the covered wrap around porch, a brand new and fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove double sinks, dishwasher and top of the line Refrigerator with Ice Maker. The house is also equipped with central air conditioning and a full house generator. Original, fully restored hardwood floors are found throughout the house. In the luxuriously decorated living room, enjoy ocean views and lovely new ceiling fan. The dining area is complete with seating for at least 8 with a bar area. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 in bedrooms but can sleep 2 more on the very comfortable (also brand new) queen pull out sofa with memory foam mattress which is located in the living room. We have a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen. We also have two bicycles that guests are free to use and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon. The house should be left broom swept and food items removed. Basically, we ask that guests please leave the house as they found it. Other things to note We do not allow our home to be used as a "party house" or "crash pad." Parking is limited to about 4 cars. Also, there are year-round neighbors on all sides of the home that take notice and contact us if things get loud, large, or rowdy.

Other things to note Be careful in the water! The pool is shallow, so there is absolutely no diving. The ocean can get wavy at times as well, so please ensure you are comfortable in the water. Don’t touch the plants by the Standish St side of the property, as they have thorns. The living room has a fireplace, t.v. with premium cable. The dining room is off the living room and have wonderful Ocean Views, a dining room table that seats 6-people. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is set as a set as a bedroom and an office. It has pocket doors, a leather futon which converts to a bed, a desk and chair, wireless printer, and a closet with: hangers, an iron, and board. next to the 1st. bathroom. The upstairs Master Bedroom has Ocean Views, a queen bed, closet with hangers, cable tv, dressers, bath and beach towels. You will also find a hope chest with extra linens here. Centrally located and walkable to Brant Rock Center restaurants like Haddad, Venus II, The Grill at Fairview, The Point, & The Jetty. Brant Rock Market is a quick walk for groceries. Enjoy our PRIVATE beach in the exclusive small community of Blue Fish Cove. Our home has all the amenities that you will need! Duxbury beach is a quick 10 min drive away. The space This is a quiet family neighborhood and no parties allowed. The neighborhood association prefers all beach activity to end by 10pm, 11pm at latest. Any tampering with outdoor security cameras, locked closets, unruly behavior or excessive noise complaints will be grounds for immediate termination of rental. There is only ONE parking spot available, so parking is extremely limited. Any additional parking will need to be prearranged based on availability and we can try to help to facilitate if necessary. But there is absolutely NO street parking. The beach changes every single year due to the tides and winter storms. Sometimes it is mostly sand and sometimes it can be a little rocky. There are huge climbing rocks that border the public beach which are fun for local kids to climb or jump into the ocean. There are also small tide pools at low tide for young children to play and catch starfish and crabs. Guest access You will have access to our entire home during your stay with the exception of an owners closet. We ask that you please respect that this is our home and treat it with care. You are welcome to use condiments, toiletries, spices etc. There will be items/food for our children in the freezer we ask if you do take or use it please be sure to replace it. There are beach chairs, picnic tables, lounge chairs and outdoor seating you are welcome to use. We have a chest full of beach toys that belong to our children we are happy to share during your stay. Please be sure to not take items home as they belong to our children. We have 2 kayaks on premise with life jackets that you can use at your own risk. Sonos speakers are throughout the house and outdoors and you will have access to use during your stay. Other things to note There are 3 bedrooms. The house can sleep up to 8 people. The downstairs bedroom is a custom bed and can sleep up to 4 people/children. Crib and pack and play are also available if needed for small children. Sunview House is a three-story colonial style house located on Keene Road. Feel the warmth of sunlight & enjoy the scenic views of the tidal marsh & river through almost every window with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Short walk to South River, Humarock Beach, restaurants, coffee shop, package store & salon. Several historic sites located nearby. Situated between Boston & Cape Cod. Easy access to Rt.3 & 3A. Nearby train station w/access to Boston. The space The first floor space includes living room (couch w/pullout bed), dining area, kitchen & half bath. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a full bath & laundry. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second one has a queen-sized bed as well as a couch. The master bedroom is located on the third floor, which includes a queen-sized bed, leather couch, desk, mini-fridge & high top table with chairs. On the Beach!!! Your back stairs end in the sand. Brant Rock, on the Green Harbor Line, this well maintained, turnkey home features 1 Master bedroom (King), 1 Guest Bedroom (Queen), a Bunk-bed Room (4 Twins), a sitting room, a small kid's loft, a kitchen/living room, and 2 full bathrooms. Set on a quiet beach that changes daily with the tide. Some days have all sand, some days show thousands of pebbles and rocks, and some draw calm waters or big waves. The space The house is 1,288 sf. This is a whole house rental but you can save money if you are just a couple or a single who only needs the Master King bedroom, one full bathroom, the kitchen and the living room, and the loft. This can save $50 for you because we can save money by not needing the cleaners for the first floor. (They charge us $50 less if they only need to do the top main floor.) Access to the private quiet cove is yours, however you can always just walk 5 doors down to the public cove at the corner for exposure to visitors and beach goers. Or you can drive about 10 mins up the beach (north or south) to Green Harbor Beach, or Rexhame for larger beaches with much larger crowds. The beach will be exclusively yours though!!!. The owner will never have guests or share any open space while renters are staying. There is ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. So the house is for a single, a couple, or a family in one car. If you need a house for a group, then this house will not work for you. All noise must be inside by 10pm per beach area guidelines with the neighborhood association. Rentals will be ended for any break in this rule. We really prefer renters bring their own linens and pillows. But we can provide towels, etc, as long as you communicate that you'll need them. Guest access Access to beach is private and exclusive and right out the back door of the second floor. Other things to note Quiet family neighborhood - not an option for parties. The neighborhood association prefers all outdoor beach activity (fire pit, etc) be ended and groups brought inside by 10pm. Enjoy your next getaway at our Beach Bungalow! Just steps to the North River, a minute walk to the resident beach, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood + a short drive to restaurants and activities! Looking to getaway in the off season? Everything is new including HVAC, tankless instant hot water, shingled roof, cedar shingle siding, and more! Enjoy Humarock year round! The space The bungalow is a perfect beach space. Deceivingly small from the street; inside there is a galley living and kitchen with a lofted bed space above the kitchen. High ceilings in the front area of the house adorn fans, recess lighting and speakers, underneath is a couch and two chairs in front of TV with basic cable and Netflix option. A series of used books great for reading at the beach are in the corner behind the door. No stairs are necessary to use the two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. The kitchen has all that you need to cook and enjoy your meals and save some for later. A small washer and dryer are in the back corner of the kitchen area for quick and small loads of laundry. Two doors off the kitchen space lead out to a small patio with plenty of chairs for relaxing and a table with umbrella should you choose to enjoy eating outside. Off the left of the patio is the "bunk house". The bunk house is about the size of a shed, completely insulated with a full size bed, lighting, a/c and heating unit, and a small stand to place any belongings. Here we also store our kayak paddles. Kayaks are available to use upon request (a secondary waiver is required to use these). Off the right of the patio are three kayaks. Around the corner you will find our gas grill and outdoor shower. Additional beach equipment, beach toys, cooler, chairs and umbrellas can be found in the bins on the sides of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We are by the Marshfield / Scituate line so you are a short drive from a ton of restaurants and activities! We will send details for check-in day of or 24 hours in advance. We have a code to access the house and prefer to provide that closer to the time of check-in. The cottage is older at the core so there are some quirks but none that should greatly impact your stay. Ocean Front and Ocean Bluff!

Location is 169 Ocean Street Marshfield. My place has great views of ocean from every room. You will have the whole house to yourself. You’ll love my place because of the wrap around porch from which to view 180 degree view of ocean, walking distance to restaurants, markets and clubs, sandy beach 100 meters, fishing from Brant Rock, and the historical houses all around, one of which is the one you will be staying in. Friendly people in neighbourhood. Businesses are open all year round. The space 1907 built Victorian style beach house for summer use by Boston families. Brant Rock was built as a summer gathering place which once sported large hotels overlooking the rock. All houses on this section of Ocean Street, called "the high road' date from that era. A large yard is perfect for cook outs and parties. Parking for many cars is a plus and also a must as there is no parking on Ocean Steet. There is heat and air conditioning. Full outdoor shower for after beach rinsing & showering! Winterized. Air conditioning in summer but seldom needed due to sea breezes. If it’s cold you can gather around the electric operated fireplace in the living room, still with great views of the town and the ocean. Guest access You have the whole house and large yard, except garage. Four bedrooms (one of which converts from sun room, see photos) and full bath upstairs. Living dining kitchen, sunroom, half bath/laundry downstairs. Other things to note Wireless is provided as is basic cable. Wireless name and password are on the wall in sunroom. Central air conditioning provided but its almost always a better idea just to let the sea breezes through. Thats why boston region families would park their families here all summer. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Parking is abundant for six cars (tandem rows of three) in rear yard.

This coastal escape is a garage/second level recreation room converted into a guesthouse. Our location is a short walk to private beaches with no public parking. This unique space is two levels, has two king beds, a small bathroom and a balcony with distant ocean views. We designed our space to be comfortable for family getaway’s, romantic weekends and quiet escapes. Our home is located on the same property and we keep to ourselves but we’re easy to call on for guests special requests! The space Upstairs is an official bedroom off of the kitchenette. The living room has a 55” TV purchased in 2025 with a unique couch that sleeps 2. Downstairs has a bathroom and an unofficial bedroom with a 65” TV. The couch is a very high end sleep sofa that is more comfortable than many beds. Guest access The right side of the driveway is all yours. Enter through there white arbor and there’s a door on the right side of the building.

My place is walking distance to the Voyage for breakfast or an ice cream the Bridgeway, the Voyager and ice cream spot as well as the local post office and general store. You’ll love my place because of the views. The location is one house back from Humarock Beach and the outdoor space is generous. There is ample parking which is rare by the beach. We are also close to wedding reception sites like the Red Lion Inn located in Cohasset and The River Club in Scituate. A perfect year round getaway! The space This home is a single house divided into two units. We are renting it as a complete full-house for the summer season. It includes two full kitchens, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a half bath. There is a washer and dryer on each level. The living areas feature smart TVs and high-speed internet. It offers a huge rear deck, a front porch with rocking chairs, and a beautiful upstairs deck with sweeping ocean views—perfect for watching passing boats or simply unwinding on summer days. Guest access Upon finalizing the rental agreement guests will have access to the house via lockbox. The code will be provided once the rental is confirmed. There is room for four vehicles at the home. There is a driveway on either side. There’s no parking in front of the house during the summer. We also ask you to please be respectful of neighbors. There is a quiet time from 9 PM until 8 AM. Other things to note The house has 2 units. In the winter we rent each unit separately. In the summer(June/July/ August), we rent the whole house , which sleeps 10. There are 2 bedrooms in each unit, a washer/dryer in each unit and a pullout couch in each. Summer rates are $6,250 for the 4th of July week and $6000.00 / week for the whole house ($3,000.00 per unit) / week during the summer season.
