It’s a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house featuring a salt water pool and SPA. We transformed every inch of the house to create a modern and comfortable space while maintaining its classic appeal. Conveniently located, our home is just 1.0 miles to a secluded FTL beach and a 10 minute Uber ride to the Fort Lauderdale Beach Strip offering easy access to the sand and surf. Things to Note during your stay: South Florida can get quite hot, especially during the day. To help keep the home cool and comfortable, we recommend keeping the shades in the front of the house closed during the morning and early afternoon when the sun is strongest. Once the sun shifts toward the back of the house later in the day, you’re welcome to reopen the front shades if desired. However, at that time, we recommend closing the shades in the back of the house to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and ensure the air conditioning runs efficiently. We suggest running the fans day and night to help with comfort. The French door curtains should be kept closed as much as possible to help with temperature control and privacy. The temperature of the house is automatically set to 75 degrees from 9 AM to 7 PM and from 7 PM to 9 AM at 72 degrees. --- SPA/Pool Information: The spa is automaticallty set at "86 degrees" for your stay as well as the pool. If you’d like the spa heated to a warmer temperature, please give at least an hour notice if able, it takes 40 minutes to reach "95-97 degrees" for the SPA, the pool will remain at 86 degrees. Evidence of indoor smoking, including odor or residue, will result in a $300 smoke-remediation charge, plus any additional documented damage where permitted. 🐕 PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS This is a pet-free home, but service animals are absolutely welcome. If a service animal will be joining your stay, please let us know before check-in. This helps us avoid confusion if an animal is seen at the property and allows us to have clean food and water bowls ready for your arrival. Emotional support animals are not service animals and remain subject to our no-pet policy unless applicable law requires otherwise. Knowingly misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor under Florida law. 📹 EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS Motion-activated exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance, sides of the home, backyard, and pool area. These cameras remain active during reservations and record video and audio for property security, occupancy verification, and compliance with our house rules. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not cover, move, disconnect, or tamper with any camera. 🔊 NOISE MONITOR The home has a Minut noise monitor that measures sound levels and duration without recording conversations. This allows us to address excessive noise and maintain compliance with City requirements while respecting our guests’ privacy. Please do not disconnect or tamper with the noise monitor. 🏊 POOL AND CHILD SAFETY Children must be directly supervised by an adult whenever they are near or using the pool. No diving, running, rough play, or glass is permitted in the pool or pool-deck area. The home has door and window alarms that provide an additional layer of safety around pool access. These alarms, locks, and other safety features do not replace direct adult supervision and should never be relied upon as the only safety measure. Please do not disable or tamper with any safety device. If an alarm, lock, or other safety feature appears damaged or is not working properly, please notify us immediately so we can address it. 🗑️ TRASH AND RECYCLING A third-party company handles the trash and recycling containers. Guests do not need to move the bins. We simply ask that all waste be placed inside the designated containers. 🧰 PROPERTY SERVICES The pool is professionally serviced once a week, and landscaping is completed approximately every two weeks. These services may take place during your reservation. Service providers only access the exterior through the side gate and will not enter the home. Service days and arrival times may occasionally change. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for the most current schedule. 🌴 FLORIDA CLIMATE AND WILDLIFE South Florida has a warm, humid, tropical environment. Mosquitoes, ants, lizards, iguanas, and other insects or wildlife may occasionally be seen around the property. The home receives professional preventive pest-control service approximately once a month between reservations to help keep outdoor pests outside. Even with regular treatment, an insect or small lizard may occasionally enter, particularly when exterior doors are left open. An occasional sighting does not necessarily indicate a cleanliness or maintenance issue. Please keep doors closed, store food properly, place waste inside the designated containers, and let us know promptly if anything needs attention. We will always do our best to help. 🔑 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We are happy to provide an earlier check-in whenever possible and will message you as soon as the home is ready. If we contact you about excessive noise or another serious issue, we need an immediate response and correction. Fully equipped Kitchen Cook up a storm in this fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, including Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker for starting your mornings right, and easy. With a range, double wide fridge with water/Ice dispenser, and microwave, plus new cookware, dishware, and an ultra quiet dishwasher- cleanup is a breeze. Living Room The living room is the spot for entertaining, with comfortable furniture and a large 65" flat-screen TV. And with ROKU on demand, you can kick back and relax as you watch your family's favorite movies. Outdoor Dining Area The background is just the right spot to enjoy the sunny weather from Florida. A Hottub for 6-7 person to refresh. With a patio set including a dining table, and four cozy armchairs plus a BBQ Grill and Tiki Bar provide with a set cocktail tiki mugs and Bartender kit, you'll have to plan at least one night in while staying here. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and outdoor dining area. Other things to note Check-in & Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We are flexible with these times, so please let us know if you need to arrive early or stay late and we will do our best to accommodate you. Access Each guest will receive a unique keyless entry code via the Airbnb app prior to their arrival. Parking The driveway fits 3 cars. Grass or Street parking is not allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the A/C closet near the king and twin rooms.
