The property is on half an acre large lot with several outdoor living spaces to unwind and relax. "The Medallion" has a total of 14 beds/mattresses and can sleep up to 20 people comfortably in bedrooms and then 4-5 more in the common area on couches if you desire. However, our max occupancy is 20 people unless approved by the host prior to booking. "The Medallion" has a total of 14 beds/mattresses and can sleep up to 20 people comfortably in bedrooms and then 4-5 more in the common area on couches if you desire. However, our max occupancy is 20 people unless approved by the host prior to booking. Guest Capacity There is an additional guest fee of $50 per guest, per night after the 14th guest. If guest count is more than the number of approved guests on the reservation, guests will be removed with no refund and incur a $500 penalty per person for each violation. Pool & Spa Heating Heating is optional and available upon request prior to your stay. The daily fee is $200 for pool + spa or $100 for spa only. When activated, the pool is maintained at approximately 82°F and the spa at 101°F during pool hours (8 AM – 9 PM). Please note that the system operates on a timed schedule and periodically resets, so the spa temperature may fluctuate and may not always remain exactly at 101°F. Fireplaces The indoor fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and are not operational. Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! San Diego Dream Home, Amazing View, Pool and more!

I have been a superhost for almost ten years on three properties we used to own, and this is my favorite space yet. Properties like this are hard to find, much less available to rent for a vacation. This house is a dream for families or couples on a vacation. It's close to everything San Diego has to offer (20 minutes from Coronado Beach, 15 minutes from Gaslamp, 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo or Seaworld). It's a quiet oasis for you to relax and explore among butterfly gardens! The space The PRIVATE fully fenced property has two houses, the large one being the one that you see listed here. It sits on an acre of all usable land and contains a pool, koi pond, 5 bedroom newly renovated house, golf putting green, sand trap, soccer field, ping-pong table, trampoline, pickleball court, fire pit, and lush gardens. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and two rooms have twin beds (one with a trundle). We also have a separate "bunkhouse" with a pull out couch that houses a queen bed and it's own TV. It's very fun for older kids or a couple to have their own space! It is truly unique and provides space for visitors of all ages to enjoy. The other house on the property is not airbnb accessible, as the owners sometimes stay in that space (but are often traveling upon guests' arrival). It is completely separate and does not infringe on guest usage of the property. Guest access You would have full access to the acre of space to roam and play if you are a guest at our property! Pool has the capacity to be heated and is $75 per day. Other things to note The street is very private culdesac and sometimes neighborhood children will will be riding bikes . We ask that anyone coming to visit our house to drive VERY slow. Pool heating charge is $75/day and must be elected prior to your stay so we can get it turned on for you!

Unfortunately when the weather is cooler/cloudy in the fall and winters months, the pool will drop 5-10 degrees at night with the low temperatures. The average pool temperature in the summer is 85 degrees (29 celsius). In the winter time the average drops to about 68-72 degrees (20-22 celsius). During cooler weather conditions, the pool heater is available for an additional $150 a day. Please check with us 2-5 days prior to your arrival and we can update you on the current pool temperature. The fee must be paid 48 hours prior to check-in as the pool heater does take 24 hours to warm the pool up 10 degrees. • PET POLICY: Most dogs and cats are OK per approval (all pets must be approved prior to booking reservation). An additional fee of $200 per pet will be charged for pet cleaning if your pet is approved to stay in this home (deep cleaning, pet dander/hair). This is necessary as future guests may be allergic to animals. All pets should not be left in the home, or back yard unattended. If you plan to leave your dog or cat at home, they must be crated and left indoors to prevent barking and disturbing the neighbors or causing damage inside of the home. • ADDITIONAL GUESTS: This home is set up to host 2 guests per room for a total of 10 guests at no additional charge.
