We often see owls, bald eagles, hawks, woodpeckers, deer, armadillos and other wildlife on our property! There are palm, oak and pine trees all around the property, as well as, a huge cluster of bamboo. There is a usable wood burning fireplace in this Home! You may get a few chilly nights in which you could enjoy it! That's one of my favorite things to do in the winter time! There's nothing like sitting by a cozy fireplace and sipping hot chocolate, even in Florida!!! I think you would also really enjoy relaxing outside on the screened-in lanai, facing our lovely pond and pastures with horses grazing, while reading perhaps, having a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, and taking in the natural beauty and peacefulness of our property! Sarasota is our favorite place to visit over and over; the decorations and attention to detail in this home are evidence of just that. This house is conveniently located for access to all parts of Sarasota. This newly renovated house is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home while enjoying beautiful, sunny, Sarasota. The backyard is private with a heated pool and the house is ideally located so you will be close to beaches, shops, grocery stores, and downtown nightlife. Bedrooms -This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. We have a large master bedroom with a large private bathroom and walk-in shower. The master also has some cool features wall mounted fireplace, remote control sun shades, a walk-in closet, and a soaking tub to name a few! Two more bedrooms are on the other side of the house, each with its own theme. All bedrooms are accompanied by closets and bureaus to store your belongings. Kitchen -Another great part of the house is certainly the kitchen. The space Sandpiper Cove is a fresh, spotless and well-appointed pool home!! With three bedrooms and two baths, this home sleeps up to six! Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge. Obviously, if outdoor temperatures are below 70, the pool temp may not reach 84 during the duration of the heating cycle. If you would like the temperature set higher than 84 degrees or lengthen the cycle length, please discuss this with the host as there will be an added daily fee. Swim diapers need to be worn by individuals who are not completely toilet trained. A $75 fee will be added for extra cleaning/chemicals should this be needed. The premise has been cleaned by a professional cleaning company immediately prior to occupancy, and will be professionally cleaned again after tenant departure. Professional cleaning will not be provided during the term of the stay. Tenants agree to keep the premises clean and sanitary, on a regular and consistent basis. ** TRASH AND RECYCLING. Trash and recycling collection is on Thursdays. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to take the cans to and from the curb each week. ** MAINTENANCE. Lessor is responsible for all maintenance and repair of the Premises, that is due to normal wear and tear or otherwise not the direct fault or negligence of the Tenants. Tenants promise to make a diligent effort to report any damage, needed repairs, or hazardous conditions to Lessor in writing as soon as they are discovered to enable them to be remedied promptly. ** POOL. The Tenants have full access to the private pool located on the Premises. The pool is heated year-round to 85 F. There is no extra charge to the Tenants for pool heat. The pool water evaporates over time. Low water level (below the skimmer) can damage the pool pump. The Tenant agrees to maintain the water level half-way up the skimmer; this may be accomplished using the hose located at the rear of the house. When there is no rain, running the hose into the pool for one hour, once a week, typically is sufficient for maintaining the pool water level. Pool chemicals are maintained by a weekly professional service. There is no extra charge to the Tenants for this pool service. Tenants agree to grant pool area access for pool service. Pool Rules a)	100% adult supervision of children around pool area is required at all times. b)	No glassware is to be used in the pool area. Broken glass can cause serious injury. Only plastic should be used. Please contact Lessor if additional plasticware for the pool area is requested. c)	Do not use pool while intoxicated. d)	No head first diving, as the pool does not have sufficient depth. ** HURRICANES. Hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30. The Premises is not in a flood zone nor an evacuation zone. It is possible the Premises may lose power during a tropical storm or a hurricane. The Lessor cannot give the Tenant’s advice on whether to evacuate, or where to evacuate to. It is the Tenants’ responsibility to make any preparations for staying, such as stocking non-perishable food or ice for coolers, or such as preemptively filling cars with gas for leaving the area. No rent will be reimbursed for days affected by hurricanes or storms. It is the Lessor’s responsibility to promptly pursue repairs to any damage to the house due to hurricanes or tropical storms. Note that during these times there may be a surge of demand for labor, or material shortages, which could lead to delays outside the control of the Lessor. ** RISK OF LOSS & INSURANCE. Lessor and Tenant shall each be responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by its own negligence or willful conduct. Tenant should carry insurance covering Tenant’s personal property and Tenant’s liability insurance. Each bedroom features a king-size bed with extra pillows and blankets, plus TVs for entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen includes all utensils, pots and pans, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and a K-cup coffee maker. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome bottle of wine—choose your favorite from the wine rack. Bathrooms are equipped with basic soap and shampoo, and for your convenience we provide a hair dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner. Outdoors, you’ll find beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for fun days in the sun, along with pool towels and pool toys for endless enjoyment. For cozy nights in, take advantage of our collection of board games, cards, poker set, and Jenga. In the garage, you’ll also find a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note Pet Policy: We welcome pets for an additional fee. Please add your pet to the reservation before booking. If you plan to bring more than one pet, contact the host in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Furniture has been changed from the furniture you see in the photos, we upgraded bed sizes, etc. Just have not had time for new photos yet, our apologies.
