Linens and pillows can stay on the beds. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, laundry is done only upon the completion of your stay at ROAM Beyond. This means our guest experience manager will not replace towels or linens unless necessary or otherwise requested. We appreciate your understanding (as does Mother Earth). Pet Policy We love pets, so bring your adventure pals to enjoy and explore a dog’s paradise! Please be good stewards of the area and habitat by cleaning up after your pets and being mindful of barking. Upon arrival, you will be provided with our pet policies, as well as some poop bags. Note: Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabins. Our pet policy is a unique part of what we offer. We allow pets to be off leash if owners are completely confident in their dog's temperament around other dogs, people, children, and wildlife that frequent the property. The last thing we want is for someone to feel uncomfortable about their own safety, or the safety of their family which includes their own animals. Welcome to your next vacation getaway! This bright and spacious two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers beautiful mountain views with peaceful surroundings. Located 20 min outside Glacier National Park. It's perfect for family's, small groups, or anyone looking to unwind and explore. The space The home is a two level, 5 bed, 4 bath home with a spacious back deck and yard. There are two family rooms, a conversation pit on the landing and chess and fooseball tables upstairs. The spacious kitchen has two sinks, a large island and a breakfast nook. There is also a formal dining area and an outdoor dinning area wirh a BBQ grill. Two bedrooms have have private bathrooms and seating areas. The other 3 rooms have queen beds and the Master has a bonus loft space. 10 people can sleep comfortably, exta guests will be considered if they are children. Guest access Guests have access to the main level and the upstairs. The downstairs in not finished and not open to guests. The garage is closed to guests but there is pleanty of parking outfront. Also, there is a small studio apartment with a separate entrance behind the garage that is closed to guests. The owner or other caretakers sometime stay there.

Outdoor space consists of 10.25 acres to enjoy with many lawn activities available for your use, including outdoor fire pit. Guest access You will have the entire property during your stay which includes access to the top two floors of the house. The basement is being remodeled and vacant and not available at this time. To the left of the doorway is a mud room/ laundry room perfect for leaving your shoes and jackets in and a half bath. To the right, you are welcomed into an open-concept living area, with the kitchen being the first access point of the space. The kitchen has a beautiful waterfall island with bar seating for four people and a built-in microwave. This kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining from the kitchen, this home is designed for you. Off of the kitchen is the dining room with stunning views of the surrounding area and a table set for eight people. Continue into the living room, where you will be cozy by the fireplace in any of the four seating options. Your first access point to the balcony is from the living room. The space More about this space: This gorgeous cabin near Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park features a custom dining room table for endless evenings with family, modern-rustic designs with leather furniture, and plenty of neat details throughout--a private, 4-acre retreat, surrounded by horse farms and long-range mountain views! The kitchen is open to the great room and the dining room with three counter stools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The interior finishings of this home really set it apart. There are dramatic wood ceiling beams all the way across the great room area (living room, kitchen, dining room), wood casings throughout, and real scraped hardwood floors. The living/dining room has a wood-burning stove that easily heats up the main floor living spaces. The house has 3 private bedrooms--one on the main floor, one in the loft, and one in the basement. The master suite in the loft has a queen bed, tons of storage, and a separate sitting/office area with a twin bed for overflow guests. Next to the master is a parlor with piano and seating area.  On the other side of the kitchen and dining rooms you'll find the large living room with gas fireplace and plenty of room to lounge. A spacious recreation room comes next with a bar, smart TV, poker table, and pool table. This floor is complete with a half bathroom, and laundry room with a shower. Our home is a mountain house with three levels to give your family or group plenty of space to enjoy each others company or enjoy a little privacy as well. Every level has breathtaking views of our beloved Flathead River and the swooning backdrop of both Columbia & Teakettle Mountains that have ridges that plummet to form the mouth of the Badrock Canyon. Walk into a large and spacious living room, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to a sliding door that opens to the West Patio. The kitchen island seats 6 and the dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests. Between the kitchen and dining areas, you have a very comfortable and spacious living space with sectional sofa and armchair recliners, fireplace, and television. The main level has one bathroom in the Main Floor Master Suite. This Master Suite has a king size bed and also has private access to the North Patio which is perfect to get out of the sun or rain as this patio is the only covered outdoor space. The upstairs level is for sleeping quarters with breathtaking views and bathrooms. The Upstairs Master has the best window view of any window in the home along with their own bathroom and king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the balcony views of the living area below. The lower level of the home greets you with an open floor plan entertainment area. Card tables, couch, bean bags, board games, and Smart TV. Down the hallway in the library nook is a queen bed and the last bedroom in the home has incredible views and a queen bed and dresser closet. Revel in the seclusion of our scenic front yard and East Patio. There is plenty of open green space to throw a frisbee, kick a soccer ball, sunbathe, or read a book. The Byrd Bath (pond), is for aesthetic purposes only and not for bathing, wading, or swimming as its treated allowing the water to remain clear. We won't have any wood firepits on the property as tourist season in Montana can be very warm and dry and causes us to be in High Fire Danger for most of the summer; however we do have a gas fire pit for your enjoyment to sit around and roast s’mores.

The North Star Cabin feels like a cabin in the woods, yet is conveniently located close to town, ski resort, and everything the valley has to offer! Fireplace (pellet stove), jetted tub, and well stocked kitchen. Perfect holiday getaway! The space This cabin is part of the beautiful Haymoon Resort. With 2 ponds and 15 acres of incredibly landscaped lawn, pasture, garden, and wooded areas, the property is absolutely gorgeous. There are several lodging options on the resort, however each one is private enough that you don't feel like you are sharing the space with other people. They are all close enough though, that if you have a large group that wants to spread out, you are all on the same property! All of our cabins are clean, cozy, and well stocked. You will feel at home the moment you walk in. The property is large with lots of room to play outside in both summer and winter! One of the biggest comments that we get (and we completely agree!) is that our property is in the perfect location. We are centered between Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls. The biggest question we get in Winter is "how far away are you from the ski hill?" We are only about a 20 minute drive from the parking for the lifts at Whitefish Mountain Resort. It is super convenient to stop in Whitefish for breakfast, dinner, the grocery store, or for rentals on your way up and down the mountain. Lots of people think being on the Mountain is the best place to be, however it can get busy and loud up there and it is sometimes less convenient because you still have to come down the mountain into Whitefish if you want to head to the grocery store or head out to a restaurant for a meal. We are season pass holders ourselves and pop up to the mountain from here for a quick run all the time. Another convenient option is the SNOW bus which will pick you up and take you up the mountain! The closest pickup is Whitefish Mountain Mall (by the Mcdonalds) which is less than a 10 minute drive. Every group seems to have a person or two that wants to ski every single day, but the rest of the group wants to do something else. Maybe they Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating, head up to Glacier National Park for a bit, shopping, or just relax at the cabin by the fire. The Flathead Valley has something for everyone! This beautiful property is located 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 5-10 minutes from local dining establishments, 10 minutes from Costco, grocery stores and other big box stores for your convenience, 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish and 10-15 minutes to Kalispell. The entrance to Glacier National Park is only a 30 minute drive. And from the Resort to the ski lifts at Whitefish Mountain Resort takes about 20 minutes. There are many golf courses in a 10 mile radius from the property. The space This 4,000 square foot cabin is built with functionality and comfort in mind. With 5 Bedrooms there is room for everyone: 1 King, 4 Queens, and two bunk rooms with 4 twins in each. We also provide two pads on the floor plus a portable pack n play for your convenience. Wifi is provided for free. The central location of our home is perfect for those wanting to explore different areas like Whitefish, Flathead Lake or the amazing Glacier National Park. ***Due to low and unpredictable water levels in our bay, we don’t allow boating from our location. Lake Blaine is a beautiful, private lake. We provide a paddle boat and two paddle boards at no cost for those renting between the months of June-August. ***In the summer months (June-August) we book Friday to Friday (7 nights). The barn to east of the home and horse pastures beyond fences are restricted to guests. Other things to note New Flooring Upstairs - April 2025 This is a working farm. DO NOT feed any of the animals or go beyond the fences. Guests assume all liability. While you may see other people on the property periodically taking care of the horses, etc. no one will need access nor enter the home. Please be aware that Montana winter storms can hit hard and fast. You may want to consider renting a four-wheel drive in the winter months depending on your experience with weather conditions. We do have a snow removal company that will take care of plowing the driveway, and we do provide snow shovels and snow melt for use during your stay. Major storms will contribute to the timeliness of plowing so preparing accordingly is key. The home is stocked with firewood and the private hot tub is open and serviced year-round as well.
