Home is located just on the south side of downtown. You can walk to restaurants and city beach. Great location and brand new interior! The space There is one parking space in front of the home as well as street parking. There is a common courtyard in back of home that is shared with an apartment building. Also there is a door in the kitchen leading to a shared laundry room. Inside the shared laundry room there is a private washer and dryer for the house guests. Please note there is not a dishwasher in the home. Guests must hand wash dishes. Other things to note The laundry room outside of the kitchen is used by our apartment building in the back of the house. Please do not lock the door leading to the outside. The door to the kitchen has the same code that you were given at check in and no one can come in that door without the code. The A/C provided are portable units, one upstairs and one downstairs.

This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area. The space Beautiful south east facing corner unit (one of the largest in the complex) with abundantly more light and vaulted ceilings. The place is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with 2 loft spaces for additional living and sleeping arrangements (8 total) at 1285 square feet. One of the loft spaces is used as (non-private) 3rd bedroom. The unit faces both the lake and pool and is bonused with a balcony for an airy al fresco experience. In the winter, the lake water recedes and the lakefront becomes a beachfront. The house has 3 TVs each with cable and streaming content access. Nintendo game consoles are also available for the video game enthusiasts. Sitting areas include a sofa (that doubles as sofa bed at night) and 3 Lazy Boys. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.   THE POOL & HOT TUB  The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.    PRIVATE BEACH  Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Bring bikes to ride through town and local trails, or walk across the street into downtown restaurants and shopping district. The space Condo del Sol is a spacious gated complex with waterfront access, two pools, sports courts, covered BBQ area and lush lawns. This unit has two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, and a loft with two twin beds. A fully stocked kitchen includes complimentary coffee. Unit has a full sized washer and dryer. A media loft with a 65" smart streaming TV uses the high speed fiberoptic internet, with an additional 60" TV in the living room. A built-in desk in one bedroom provides plenty of space for work. There’s a fun dart machine in the dining room and darts included in the pantry. It does need quarters to play. THE LIVING ROOM The fireplace offers cozy atmosphere in the winter. We’ve provided a complimentary Netflix account and there are many other apps available you can sign in to. There is also a DVD player, DVD’s, games and books. OUTSIDE In the fenced, landscaped back yard there is a hot tub that is cleaned and maintained between guests, a new propane grill and outdoor seating for 6. There’s a plum tree in the front yard you’re welcome to help yourself to when it’s in fruit! PARKING There is room for two cars in the driveway and free street parking, As the property manager, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. I personally stop by between guests to confirm all is well and ready for you. I have a fast response rate should you have any questions during your stay. No pets. Also, please use the hot tub, but know that if it needs drained because of misuse, you will be charged an additional $150 to empty, clean and refill for the next guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard including one driveway parking spot and plenty of street parking. Other things to note No pets, a violation of this rule will result in cost of carpet cleaning. This home is secondary waterfront & a steep 10 minute walk to/from the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view. The space I like to create beautiful spaces in special locations; so I designed and built the house of my dreams that reflected what that means to me. I am happy to share it with you! This house has some of the best views you'll find on the lake, all while being less than 15 minutes to town. The furnishings are modern, yet comfortable. Clean lines, but cozy, organic comfort. From ultra soft couch blankets, soft lighting, over sized entryway rugs and top rated bedding. No detail was left unthought. A kitchen that has it all - from gadgets & various graters to modern Fortessa cutlery, it's fit for those who like a variety of cooking gear. You will absolutely love cooking and being in this kitchen - it is the heart of the home and the view will make you say "wow" the first time you see it. It is such a cool kitchen! Some extra touches you might appreciate: Alan air purifier HEPA filter. Clean air is important. This filter runs 24/7. Night lights strategically placed throughout the house & outside. Mostly on stairwells and common areas (not in bedrooms). Helpful when navigating a home that is new to you. Stainless steel Hunter table top fans in every bedroom. Making white noise available for those who want it. Plants, plants and more plants! This house has a lot of plants. If that's a plus for you, you'll love it! It feels pretty private. It's in a small, gated hillside community. You'll occasionally see people driving or going for a walk along the hill next to the house. For the most part, it will feel like you have the hillside to yourself. And yet, it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere as you can gaze across the lake to town. The best of both worlds, arguably ;-) Spacious, sweeping lake views from every room in the house! Even the showers! It's hard to showcase the actual views. They are truly hard to rival. The reviews reflect this fact :-) I've you haven't scanned through them, I highly recommend it. The home features 3 bedrooms. 2 en suite bedrooms and 1 with it's own bathroom nearby (3rd floor). All bedrooms boast top rated, comfortable mattresses and bedding. The Deck. The deck of all decks! Located off the living and kitchen area, the covered deck is where you'll want to spend a lot of your time. The sunsets are unreal; bring your sunglasses in the summertime. What makes it even better are the furnishings. They are plush and modern. There is a fan in case it's too hot in the summertime. The view feels as if you are floating on top of the water. It's awe worthy - really. This house has a good feeling/energy about it. I keep it that way by smuging/saging between guests. If that means something to you, you'll appreciate this extra touch. If not, just know it’s one of the many ways I take pride in my home & is part of my commitment to creating the best guest experience possible :-) There is a wood burning outdoor fire pit, but due to dry foliage nearby and frequent winds that come off the lake, the fire pit is not usable in the summer season as it is unsafe. Usage of the fire pit is typically allowable from October - May, depending on conditions. There is no grill provided due to these same reasons. **NOTE for those bringing their boat: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June. Guest access Guests will have access to house, with the exception of the garage. However, we do allow storage of your ski and snow gear in the garage during your winter stay.
