From this main floor you can walk into the master bedroom and bath with a king bed. Walk out to the deck from the master bedroom to relax outside and soak up the stellar views. The loft above has 4 twin beds (2 trundle beds) There are 3 bedrooms in the daylight basement downstairs, with 4 beds total and 2 pack n plays with a central shared bathroom. There is a 4th bedroom downstairs with 6 more beds that will remain closed for parties under 10, unless otherwise arranged. Must reach out at time of booking for bunk room to be available for use. In the daylight basement, you'll also find a large rec room with the ability to walk outside into the yard featuring a patio, fire pit, and hot tub. Guest access This house has a keyless entry so you can enter and exit at anytime without a physical key. You can access all the rooms of the house, patio, deck, and yard for your private getaway. Other things to note This has a steep, winding driveway to the house on the hill with limited parking. There is a 4-car limit. 4x4 drive is required for the winter months while the snow is still on the ground. It will always remain plowed. Located just 7 minutes from downtown Sandpoint, the original home was built in 1897.  The rich history and craftsmanship of the original cobblestone driveway, as well as wood floors and stairs have been preserved.  A vintage Victorian look combined with mid century modern brings old and new together to an open, sun-filled living area.  A separate glass encased dining room overlooks the acreage and waterfront -- or dine al fresco on the huge teak table. Commercial kitchen appliances center a kitchen that is appointed with the best small and large appliances, sharp knives for the chef and an additional butlers pantry for food storage and prep. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.    THE MARINA  The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.   This 5-bedroom three-story townhome can accommodate up to 14 guests. The home is built into a sloping landscape, so the front entrance brings you into the second floor which serves as the main living level. This is a wonderful space for your friends and family to comfortably gather. On this level you will find a full kitchen, dining area, living room, balconies overlooking the lake, and a conveniently located half bathroom.   The upper level contains three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, one of the guest bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.   The lower level provides an additional kitchen, living area and a half bathroom. There are also patios located off of this level allowing you to easily walk out to the pool and marina. Accessed by a long, generous art corridor with deep, plush carpeting and capped off with a solid wood door, the bedrooms offer a serene escape from the rest of the house. This separation allows early and late risers to enjoy themselves without waking the household. ALL bedrooms have incredible lake views! The Master Bedroom Pavilion offers a beautiful King size bed, luxury linens, private patio, personal Peloton, and an adjoining Office with Daybed and twin trundle. High speed, secured internet is provided throughout the property. The Master Bath is luxurious with a Jacuzzi tub for 2, granite countertops, slate shower with 2 shower heads and a separate dressing area. A large hot tub is accessible on the stone patio with breath-taking views of the lake. Three additional bedrooms have Queen beds, all dressed with organic luxury linens. The Point at Sandpoint offers different experiences in each season.  During the warmer seasons, everything revolves around the lake. A private dock with boat lift will provide a spot to keep your v-hull boat stored. Two stand up paddle boards, two supyaks (SUP/kayak hybrids), and single kayak are included, as well as sand toys and outdoor games to help with play time. There is a minimum age to rent this home (35 plus please) and we do not allow weddings, receptions and/or events. Thank you. **Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June. The front and side decks, along with the large back deck connected to the kitchen on the 4th floor. Back Deck Notice The back deck on the 4th floor connects to the adjoining condo, which is still under construction. You are welcome to use your side of the deck, but we kindly ask that you remain mindful of the construction area on the neighboring side. Once construction is complete, this space will become a shared deck. For now, please stay closer to your side of the deck for safety and privacy. We appreciate your understanding as we complete the final touches to enhance the overall experience for all guests. Other things to note Driveway and Parking Driveway Access: The driveway is a switchback, and 4x4 or all-wheel drive is highly recommended, especially in snowy or icy conditions. Please drive carefully as this is a mountain location. Parking at the Switchback: There is room for a few cars to park at the switchback. This is a great option for guests with additional vehicles. Additional Parking: If you have multiple vehicles or prefer to carpool, free parking is available at the nearby fire station parking lot. From there, guests can carpool up to the lodge. Snow and Ice The driveway and surrounding areas are cleared daily, and we apply salt and sand to improve traction. However, in heavy snow conditions, there may be times when cars need to be temporarily moved to facilitate snow removal. Please be prepared for this possibility and follow any instructions provided during your stay. Ibex Lodge South: Luxury on Schweitzer

Located on an inlet connecting to Lake Pend Orielle, our 4 bedroom, 2100 sq ft home is perfect for families that love the water! This beautiful waterfront home is ideally located just 20 feet from the water. Spend your days enjoying your own private beach, dock and calm swimming area. After a day spent out on the lake or exploring nearby Sandpoint, you can relax in the hot tub, curl up on the deck watching the stars, or gather around the fire pit on the beach! The space The house is an open concept bungalow which is perfect for family and friends to gather and spend quality time together. The back yard has a beautiful deck, hot tub, sandy beach and fire pit area. The patio is huge and accessible from the kitchen and two waterside bedrooms. It is fully furnished for summer BBQ dinners outdoors, and lounging on the outdoor couches for morning coffee and cocktail hour. Even with over 9 restaurants you can reach by boat we find it hard to leave our own waterfront dining room! With four bedrooms, we find it has plenty of room for 2-3 families. The kids room has two sets of bunk beds . We also have blow up mattresses for when we have few extra kids staying with us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. In fact, I think we have more cooking utensils in this kitchen than we do at our full time house in Canada! We have a Margaritaville blender and a coffee maker that takes both traditional drip and Keurig pods. We are fully stocked with games (for both indoor and outdoor), books and DVD's. We have some sand toys, floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for the water. Additional Info: Long driveway for boat trailer or RV parking There's plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy this home! Guest access This is a single family home so guests have the entire house and yard with private beach area to themselves. The yard is not fenced so you will have a few of the friendly neighbourhood kids passing through on the way to a neighbours house yelling hi as they pass by! Waterfront with private dock and sandy beach!

Nestled right up to the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, this new lakeside vacation home in the greater Sandpoint area will provide you with a cool, modern comfort during your next getaway. Tucked into lush, wooded surroundings and offering spellbinding views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Selkirk Mountain Range, the 2800 square foot Scandinavian-inspired Lake House was crafted to merge the modern splendor of a boutique hotel with the quintessential lakeside experience of a cabin getaway. The space On the main floor you will find the open concept kitchen, dining and living room, one guest room with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a primary suite with king size bed, en suite bathroom and office space. In the living room we have a gas burning fireplace and binoculars to watch the bald eagles (with a nest on the island directly in front of the lake house). The dining room table seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The expansive deck off the kitchen and dining room offers a gas grill, large dining table with seating for 10, a sitting area with couch, chair and coffee table and two loungers. We also have an umbrella that rotates and moves easily if it's shade you are looking for. We designed the downstairs of this lake house with polished concrete floors. They stay cool in the summer and have radiant floor heating to keep your toes cozy warm in those winter months. The bunk room equipped with 4 built in bunks, each with their own black out curtain, light, and cubby with usb charging stations. Night lights and sound machines are available also. This bunk room is a kid-haven with pull-out couch, TV, bean bag, and toys! Downstairs you will also find a guest suite with queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. An additional bathroom with tub is on this floor accessible to all. Downstairs we also have an open concept laundry room and mud room area right off the door that leads you outside to the lake. Step out this door and you will find a patio with hot tub, outdoor shower, picnic style table with umbrella, and a path to the dock. Fresh landscaping with level grass at the water's edge for lounging, steps into the lake, fire pit area and 700 square foot "F" shaped dock. Our boat will stay at this dock through the summer months, but you are welcome to bring your own or rent and park here. We ran power out to the dock and also have a water spigot at the dock. In addition to the lounge and play space at the shoreline, we also have a large firepit area. Our lake house sits on 1/3 of an acre almost at the very end of a dead end road. Plenty of space to explore, lounge, and enjoy the lake. Take your boat or paddle board up the way into bottle bay, for ice cream, a drink or a meal at Loaf and Ladle, a boat-up resort and marina. Or, boat into Sandpoint, a 10 minute boat ride. Park for free in the marina and explore the charming historic town with restaurants and shopping. If you are looking to explore a little further, take a 30 minute boat ride across the lake to Hope, and relax at the boat-up restaurant and resort, Pearls on the Lake. Kids can run outside and swim and play at the beach while you enjoy a meal on their deck. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and lakefront. The garage is off limits to guests. While guests have access to the lake house property and water front, the Sourdough Point Private Island across the way is accessible to owners only. Airbnb guests can not use this amenity. Details to access the island will be shared with guests who reserve for at least one month - unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
