This is a comfortable 2 bedroom home in a very friendly community close to beaches, boating, dining and shopping. It is situated approximately half way between downtown Venice and Englewood. For you boaters, there is a public launch ramp on the intracoastal waterway less than 2 miles away. There is plenty of room in the garage to store your bikes, kayaks or both. Tired of laying on the beach? There are lots of nice parks to visit, all within a short drive from this house. The space Once here, you will find that this house is exceeding well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is extra shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and much more in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels and such as well. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare any kind of meal you like. Weber grill is located just outside the doors. There is a large screen tv in both the master bedroom and living room. Several couches and recliners to relax in. Rainy days are perfect days to sit and read on either the front or back screened in covered porch. Or have a leisurely soak in the 2 person hot tub.
