Tim's Ford Dam is only one mile away and has a public boat launch for you :) The space The home theatre is an amazing projector system, it is not a theatre room. Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in November and will return to normal levels in Mid-March. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat. Golf Cart Is not available to rent December-February. Golf cart is an additional fee of $89 per night if you would like to use it. Other things to note This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home. Other things to note 344 Marble Plains Rd right next door and connected with a gravel walk-way is also available and sleeps up to 8 guests if more space is needed

Surrounded by trees in the back yard, there is a hard dock and floating dock to swim off in the summer time. Truly a wonderful place to spend your time with the family. Fish off the dock or at the neighborhood dock/boat ramp. Put your boat in at neighborhood ramp (key available w/ advance notice). *No water at dock in offseason* The space The lake gets lowered by 15 feet around October and the dock ends up in the ground. The water is usually back up in April.
