This unit has a total of 2 bedrooms/bathrooms but this listing is for 1 fully furnished bedroom + bath (which my 2 kids use for part of the week when they stay with me). 
I'm basically seeking a responsible and clean housemate for roughly half the week (Saturday evenings until Wed evenings - please see availability details below). 

Ideally suited for someone who travels a lot for work or spends a lot of time at partner/significant other's place but still needs a place to retreat to or keep limited belongings at. Or someone who works nearby (e.g. emergency services) and needs an occasional place to crash.

-I'm a single dad (amicable divorce) and have 2 wonderful children (8 year old boy and 6 year old girl) that stay with me half the week (the other half being when their room is available - prospective roommate will have their own dedicated mattress, though)
-Some flexibility on arrangements (including days/times of stays) but would like to try and stick as closely to the requested schedule as possible
-I am the owner of the unit but the building HOA does not allow for short term rentals (less than 30 days), so I am seeking commitments on at least a monthly basis (and prioritizing longer term)
-I work from home full-time so will be around most work days (but am usually out most of the day on weekends).
-I am clean, easy going, self-aware, patient and easy to get along with. Seeking someone with similar attributes that I can treat as a friend and even extended family over time
