After a day in the sun, enjoy the ice cold air-conditioned interior complete with Brazilian cherry wood floors, stainless steel appliances in a kitchen built for entertaining, a panorama windowed Florida room overlooking the yard, Peloton bike and more! 

COMPLIMENTARY HEATED POOL: The pool is heated to 80-84 degrees to be enjoyed year-round. 

Master Bedroom: Hotel-style king-size bed overlooks a private garden area through the French doors. The on-suite bath is complete with large walk-in shower. 

Guest bedroom: Wow your guests as they wake up overlooking the pool from their Queen sized bed. This room is complete with a reading nook and office space. 

Living room: Have a seat in what some have called “the worlds most comfortable coach,” as you watch your favorite Netflix movie on a 65” 4K TV. The large sectional that comfortably seats 6, is an entertainer's dream as you whip up your favorite cocktail at the bar cart.

Gym: Access to *Peloton Bike* as well as yoga mats and weights!

Kitchen: Custom cabinets and quartz countertops set the stage for any entertainer. This house has every kitchen item you could imagine, including Nespresso coffee machine, Ninja Blender, Instapot, dish-ware, glassware, spices and kitchen basics. 

Backyard: Yard is complete with heated pool, walking garden, large dock, covered and fanned lanai with grill. Pool toys, lawn games and grill supplies are supplied to make the most of this amazing oasis! 

Office space: Feel like you are on vacation as you work from home. This home has 2 separate proper desk areas complete with HD monitors and standing desks. 
 
Hallway bath: This oversized hallway bath is complete with an upgraded shower and bath combo. 

Laundry: Laundry room with washer and dryer

Neighborhood: The home is in a quiet neighborhood with no through streets - it is very private and walkable.

Guests are renting the entire house and have full private use of the house, heated pool, and dock during their stay!

No lifeguard on duty. All guests and guests of guests swim at their own risk. Please observe pool rules and enjoy responsibly at all times.

The hammock is not put up during mango season (March into early June depending on the mangoes) as it’s hung under a mango tree and falling mangoes can injure lounging guests :-) But it’s stored in the foyer and easy to put up if you like at your own mango risk

Guests are expected to help take trash cans to the street the night before the respective pick-up days And roll them back on the day of pick-up.

Aaron's Guest Cottage has it's own private entrance, Tiki Hut with outdoor kitchen / entertainment center, outdoor seating and a Gazebo.  The Cottage offers WiFi (Netflix, Paramount Plus and Amazon Prime Video), Coffee / Coffee Maker, Fridge, and queen sized bed.

Located 4.5 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport and CruisePort.   3 miles from the beach.  1 mile from Downtown FTL.   My location is central to everything in the City.

Aaron's Guest Cottage and Tiki Hut

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo is located just a few blocks from the Ft. Lauderdale beach on the intercoastal waterway. Amenities include pool, hot tub, covered picnic areas. Conveniently  located close to major restaurants and shopping.

This attractively furnished condo is conveniently located on the waterway a short walk to the beach. There are TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a workspace for a computer. The master B/R also has a large monitor and keyboard for your PC. Cable and Internet are included.

Guests have access to all condo amenities which include pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills. There is a lobby open 6 days a week. For after hours check in, a lock box is available on request.

The lobby is open 6 days a week for problems and questions, and I can be reached if there are issues with your stay.

The condo is a short walk to the Fort Lauderdale beach and sits in between two parks. The condo is adjacent to the intercoastal water way. There is a major shopping mall (Galleria Mall) within walking distance. Dining at the mall includes Capital Grille, Blue Martini, PF Chengs, Trulucks, and a food court. Across from Mall there is a Publix Grocery store. In the immediate area of the condo there are many great neighborhood cafes, bars and nightspots.

There many convenient transportation options, including taxi, UBER, water taxi, beach trolleys, and city bus service. Car rental is available across from condo. Scooters, bikes, and segways rentals within walking distance. Many beach toy places in the immediate area.

For check in on Sundays and after normal business hours, a lock box is available on request.

This amazing 1912's bungalow has been totally renovated while keeping it's old Florida style. Nestled just a short walk from downtown and less than 2 miles to Fort Lauderdale beach, this truly is a little piece of paradise. We are surrounded by live oaks, an avocado tree, loads of palm trees and even an old orange tree is on this spacious double lot property. We have a lovely one bedroom, with a separate living room, full kitchen fully stocked with new housewares. Our bathroom is stocked with new towels and linens. We just purchased a brand new king size bed for your comfort. Our stylish Urban Outfitter couch converts into a futon bed. In addition, we have a screened in front porch and a lovely out door patio with patio furniture.
We are close to everything!!! Walking distance from the River Art Walk, Performing Art Center, restaurants, bars and cafes. We are minutes away from the intercostal, where you can hop onto the water taxi and find your way around on a boat. We are also just about 15 minutes away from the  Fort Lauderdale airport. We live in a historic neighborhood, which is actually where the first fort was built. We are also within a few blocks to public transit and less than a mile to Tri Rail, which is our local train that takes you from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami or West Palm Beach.
What makes our place unique, its just so charming. We love to have people feel at home in a tranquil space without any additional  clutter or the owner's personal belongings. This is truly an amazing spot that gives you the feeling of living the simple life.
